Torgsoft has three types of representatives:

 Official dealers provide comprehensive automation services: they help with installing accounting software, setting up servers, selecting and selling retail equipment, provide technical support, and can accompany you throughout your collaboration.

 Authorized representatives are automation specialists who will explain Torgsoft's features, help set up the software, and get started with accounting, and may provide technical support. Not all authorized representatives sell retail equipment, but they can help select and order a set for your store.

 Sales representatives. Experienced entrepreneurs who can help choose the right software for your store, demonstrate Torgsoft's features, and provide advice on how to manage accounting in your business. Unfortunately, they do not offer regular technical support. But that's where we come in - Torgsoft's main office :)

Dealer network structure

Torgsoft dealers and representatives are not company employees. They are entrepreneurs or legal entities running their own businesses and are responsible to you for their services.

The main feature of dealers is their exclusive right to sell Torgsoft software products: licenses and additional options. Prices for licenses and options from representatives cannot be higher than those listed on the torgsoft.ua website.

Can Torgsoft be purchased from another country?

Yes, absolutely.
You can place an order in the online store or with a representative, and the activation code for the License will be sent to you online.

You can work with any of the representatives, switch from one to another, and still rely on the support and assistance of the main office.
Choose those with whom you feel comfortable working.
