Iryna Bilyk, the founder of the eco-brand "Bilka - Green Thoughts in Action," shares her story:

"I came into entrepreneurship from public activities. For me, values have always been more important than money. However, when expenses for staff, production, branding, the website, and many other things started to grow, I realized that I needed to act immediately. From May 2018 to January 2019, I was doing everything myself - director, accountant, manager, and procurement specialist. I woke up in chaos and went to bed in it. But the worst part was that I had no idea how much I had spent on fabric, how much stock I had, or who my customers were. Every day, my anxiety grew, and conflicts started in my family due to my constant work.
