The company Paul & Shark, founded by the Dini family in 1976, is known for its Italian elegance and style. Today, the brand is present in 73 countries and is distinguished by high quality manufacturing and materials. The brand's history began with the Maglificio Daco factory, which was founded in 1921 and acquired by Gianni Ludovico Dini in 1957. Nine years later, he renamed it Dama SpA, expanding its production capabilities from yarn production to the packaging of finished products. The company collaborated with such celebrities as Christian Dior and Balenciaga.

In Ukraine, the Paul & Shark brand is represented in many cities, including one of the most famous - the store at 30 Richelievska Street in Odessa, which has been automated with Torgsoft since 2012.
