Please tell us about your business. How long have you been using the Torgsoft software? What led you to the need for store automation software, and why did you choose Torgsoft?
We have been selling tools since 2007. Our product range includes over 5,000 items. Therefore, the issue of inventory tracking became urgent. Over the years, we tried several inventory methods, starting with recording in a notebook and ending with the 1C software.
In our opinion, 1C, which we used for several years, is more suited for large enterprises and does not really fit well within small retail businesses. The program includes many features that are unnecessary in day-to-day operations and actually overload the user interface, which in turn complicates training sellers to use basic functions when selling goods.
We started using Torgsoft in our operations in 2011. The advantages of this program are clear:

Thanks to Torgsoft, we eliminated the risk of theft and fraud by salespeople, and we no longer have issues with transferring goods between retail points. Generating documents is also no longer a problem. Barcode-based product accounting is very convenient. Sales analysis (an integral part of commerce) would not be possible without Torgsoft’s inventory system. Overall, the software is indispensable.
