Ukrainian Accounting Software Torgsoft – a Ukrainian software development company specializing in comprehensive trade and inventory automation. Founded in Kharkiv in 2005.


Our product – is the universal inventory management software «Torgsoft» for online stores, kiosks, shops, retail chains, warehouses, and production.

   arrival, sale, and return of goods,

   labeling goods with barcodes,

   inventory and revaluation,

   distribution of goods between retail points,

   storage of goods in warehouses: calculation of warehouse stocks, fixation of storage location, control of seasonal goods storage,

   control of minimum and maximum goods stock,

   multicurrency accounting, currency price list,

   working with suppliers: forming orders, importing price lists, controlling settlements,

   printing documents for trade management: fiscal and non-fiscal receipts, waybills, cash orders, commercial offers, warranty certificates, ECR documents — X and Z reports, shift start, money deposit and withdrawal; goods reports, return receipts, cash collection, storekeeper reports, prepayments, sales proceeds, and more than 50 reports and analyses for trade,

   working with postal services — Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta,

   rental and repair of goods,

   store marketing: customer base, CRM system, mass mailing, customer surveys, promotion and discount systems, visitor accounting,

   financial accounting: control of debts and settlements, money in bank accounts and cash registers, business maintenance costs, equipment balance accounting, business value analysis,

   working with ECR: electronic cash registers and traditional fiscal registers,

   working with VAT and excise goods,

   support for retail automation equipment: barcode scanners, label and receipt printers, data collection terminals,

   mobile inventory management on Android and iOS smartphones,

   personnel management: payroll accounting, bonuses, sales staff motivation systems setup, working hours control, fraud prevention,

   inventory and order accounting for online stores and marketplaces,
