But our cooperation does not end here, and the loyalty system will be a pleasant addition.
When the time comes for scaling — purchasing additional options and licenses for new retail locations — for us, this is a sign that Torgsoft suits you and serves as a tool for growth.
This is a reason to offer you a discount when there are no major promotions in Torgsoft.
The loyalty system is built on reciprocity: we appreciate when you acknowledge our role in your store’s automation, and in return, you receive discounts as a reward.
The VIP Club is created for those who have been with us for a long time and have invested in the development of the product.
Besides discounts, you can participate in exclusive giveaways of Torgsoft software products, recorded interviews, and joint promo campaigns on social media.
VIP Club: 10% Discount for Loyal Customers
Regular Torgsoft customers permanently receive a 10% discount on Licenses, additional options, and the Service Agreement.
Conditions for Joining the VIP Club
- If you have been with us for more than three years or your total orders exceed 50,000 UAH, you can become a VIP Club member.
- To join, order a Torgsoft VIP sticker via Telegram or Viber.
- Place the sticker in the checkout area, on the store doors, or on your vehicle. If you run an online store, place the Torgsoft logo in the footer of your website with a link to torgsoft.ua.
- When ordering Licenses, Additional Options, or the Service Agreement, send us a photo of the Torgsoft VIP sticker via Telegram or Viber.
P.S. The VIP Club settings in Torgsoft are managed through the Marketing mode — Clients — % Discounts.
Conditions and Limitations of the Loyalty System: Where Discounts Do Not Apply
There are not many restrictions, but they do exist:
- VIP Club discounts cannot be combined or applied simultaneously in a single invoice: we apply only one discount per purchase.
- Discounts cannot be used for purchasing trade equipment, rental and installment payments, tickets, the "Turnkey Online Store" option, or additional services.
- During promotional events, VIP Club discounts do not stack on top of promotional prices.
