Customer support 

A separate service of ongoing technical support is not provided. Cooperation is focused on the store launch stage and equipment setup.

Installation and setup 

All implementation work, on-site visits to the customer, and training are paid. Since the representative works on a flexible schedule, the time for the work must be agreed in advance.
