Customer support 

Users have access to a flexible technical support system. Fixing issues related to the software itself is free of charge. For consultations, setup, and training, you can purchase a support hours package (valid for one year) or pay for a one-time request to solve a specific issue.

Installation and setup 

Software installation and training services are paid. However, new customers receive a free initial implementation consultation. In addition, after a paid implementation, 1 month of free support is provided for an easier start.
