The representative is based in Kharkiv, but the primary format of work is remote implementation of accounting across the country. This includes installing the Torgsoft software, configuring the database, and remotely connecting retail equipment. This approach makes it possible to automate a store in any region quickly, without waiting for an on-site visit from a specialist.

Customer support 

Technical support is available to resolve issues that arise during operation. Payment for services is made per request. The cost depends on the complexity of the task and the time spent (up to one hour per request).

Installation and setup 

As part of the cooperation, the service of directly installing the software on a computer is provided free of charge. Other setup and training services are agreed separately.
