1. Customer Data Management

The program allows you to create, configure, view, and edit customer cards. In the “Marketing → Customers” form, you can keep customer records, set up personal, fixed, cumulative, and other types of discounts.

In the customer card, you can add discount or bonus cards issued in the Torgsoft program, as well as enter and store necessary information about customers: full name, family members, social networks, birthdays, individual preferences, etc.

Customer Data Management

You can also upload document photos, customer tax data. This helps systematize work with customer databases, better understand the target audience, and create personalized offers.

2. Contacts and Reminders

A convenient tool for storing contact information of customers, partners, or suppliers, as well as reminders about issued invoices, payments, payment delays, invoice preparation, new contact registration, etc.

Reminders become available when the additional “Customer Interaction System” option is activated.

3. Family Composition

This feature allows you to record the customer’s family members, which is especially useful for businesses that sell goods or services for the whole family. In the “Marketing → Family Composition” menu, you can set birth month, gender, and region for more accurate customer search.

4. Printing Customer Questionnaires

To collect customer information, you can quickly and easily print questionnaires. This is useful for organizing surveys, building a new customer base, or updating data on existing customers.

Torgsoft allows working with various types of discount cards — fixed discounts, bonus, cumulative, etc. This helps adapt the marketing strategy to different customer categories.

You can create cards with fixed discounts for their holders or automatically upgrade the customer to a higher card type when reaching the maximum discount percentage or bonus balance.

6. Discount Policy Configuration

Torgsoft provides flexible discount system settings for your retail network. You can set rules for granting discounts, such as minimum purchase amount, product category, quantity of goods, etc. This stimulates sales without sacrificing margin.

Torgsoft offers several discount systems:

  • Cumulative Discount System means that the more a customer spends, the greater discount they receive. You can also set a mechanism for reducing the discount if the customer hasn’t made purchases for a long time.

  • One-time Discount is granted once and depends on the customer's purchase amount. It activates when the customer reaches a specified order amount and encourages large one-time purchases.

  • Discount by Card Type is based on the type of discount card a customer has. Each card type can have its own discount percentage and conditions.

Additional Conditions for Discount Policy

The system supports configuring additional conditions for granting discounts. The “Additional Conditions for Discount Policy” feature in Torgsoft encourages customers to buy expensive or large-sized goods. For example, you can create special discounts for certain customer groups or limit discounts for promotional goods.

If a customer with a cumulative discount card buys an expensive or large item (e.g., a baby stroller), they immediately receive the next level discount, even if the purchase amount does not meet the standard conditions.

In addition, the customer may qualify for participation in special promotions. For example, after purchasing a bulky item, they can buy baby food at a discount for a year.

7. Birthday Discount

This feature allows you to automatically provide a birthday discount to customers and even their relatives. It increases customer loyalty and encourages purchases during holiday periods.

  • Classic unconditional discounts — the most common way to attract customer attention.

  • Clearance sale or stock liquidation: Torgsoft uses the “Aged Inventory Analysis” mode to analyze unsold inventory. The program highlights goods with poor sales performance.

  • Second item discount: applies to the cheaper item and increases the average purchase receipt.

  • Happy Hours — this promotion reduces peak time queues and attracts customers during off-peak hours.

  • Special offers for specific customer categories.

  • Privilege discounts highlight VIP customers by offering special conditions, such as VIP discount cards.

  • Loyalty program “Refer a Friend” works well if you offer truly high-quality goods and services worth recommending.

  • Birthday discounts: Torgsoft allows setting discounts for a customer's child or family members' birthdays. If a child's birthdate is entered, the program automatically tracks the child's age.

  • Discounts by quantity or purchase amount: granted for buying a certain quantity of items or based on the total amount spent (either per purchase or cumulatively).

  • Product type promotions allow configuring promotions for specific categories or types of goods. For example, you can offer discounts on seasonal products to encourage clearance. The settings also allow you to define the type of trade the promotion applies to, period, discount amount or percentage. You can also limit the product range by specifying the manufacturer, season, supplier, and items in the corresponding fields.

9. Bonus System of Cumulative Discounts

You can implement a bonus system that encourages customers to make repeat purchases. Cumulative discounts motivate regular customers to return to your store.

Customers receive bonuses for purchases that can be used after a certain period. The amount of bonuses depends on the customer's spending, and as their accumulation grows, they can move to a more favorable card type (for example, from Standard to Gold) with higher bonus percentages.

In Torgsoft, you can configure:

  • Bonus accrual: specify when the customer receives bonuses — after a certain number of days or on a fixed date.

  • Bonus validity period: bonuses can expire at the end of the month, year, or another automatic date.

  • Conditions for switching between the bonus and standard discount systems.

The business owner benefits because bonuses delay the costs of discounts, allowing those funds to be used in circulation.

In the "Marketing → Bonus Write-Off" menu, you can write off customer bonuses by filtering them by discount card type.

10. Anniversary Discount for a Customer

This feature in the Torgsoft program makes shopping more engaging and enjoyable. At certain intervals, the system randomly selects a customer's purchase or invoice as an anniversary one. Such a customer automatically receives an additional discount, encouraging more frequent purchases at your store.

11. Gift Certificates

The program allows generating gift certificates that customers can purchase for themselves or as gifts for others. This is an effective way to increase sales and attract new customers.

Torgsoft offers three types of gift certificates:

  • "Certificate — Money": when paying with such a certificate, the amount of the certificate is automatically deducted from the total amount due.

  • "Certificate — Discount": using the certificate grants a percentage discount on the product.

  • "Certificate — Product": the certificate is issued for purchasing a specific product and is treated in the accounting system as a separate item with its own price and restrictions.

You can set a validity period in days for any type of certificate to encourage customers to shop more often.

12. Mass Mailing

The mass mailing tool allows you to communicate with customers via SMS, email, or messengers. You can notify about new promotions, send holiday greetings or bonus reminders, create multiple templates with ready-made messages and designs, etc.

Types of mailings in the Torgsoft accounting software:

  1. Email mailing for sending bulk messages to customers. Works via Outlook, Gmail, or the paid SendGrid service.

  2. SMS mailing for sending reminders and promotion messages via TurboSMS or AlfaSMS services.

  3. Viber mailing for mass promotional or service messages (e.g., payment details or waybill information).

  4. Individual messaging for sending personalized messages, such as clarifying a customer's inquiry.

13. Customer Survey System

For businesses that work through intermediaries, the program offers convenient management of contacts and cooperation terms. You can create a mediator and set a discount for their product group if needed. This form allows you to view cash flow by account, settle with dealers, etc.

15. Working with Counterparties

In addition to suppliers, you can create and manage a counterparty database. This is an important tool for companies working with partners or corporate clients.

In the “Counterparty” menu, you can enter general contact details of partners, bank account number, record initial debts, write-offs, upload counterparty documents, delivery information, etc.
