In January 2023, Opendatabot updated the list of Russian software still in demand in Ukrainian businesses. Among them are accounting, ERP, and CRM systems. Many entrepreneurs have been accustomed to Russian software since pre-war times and do not always realize that alternatives exist. 

In particular, transitioning from 1C to Ukrainian software is often perceived as a complex, costly, and risky task. But is it really so? 

Analyzing comments on the Twitter feed, we highlighted the main arguments against and tried to debunk them. For example, we took the Ukrainian accounting program Torgsoft – a full-fledged, professional system for business management and automation, adapted to Ukrainian legislation. 

1. High cost of implementation and data migration

Many entrepreneurs fear that switching to a new accounting system will require significant expenses. This includes the cost of a license for new software, payment for implementation services, and data migration.

I was inspired by an example told by the company's specialists.
