A user-friendly online store is the first must-have for sellers, and the second is synchronization with the accounting program, which automatically uploads product information from the program to the website and promptly imports orders from customers into the accounting program. Synchronization is especially useful when the assortment, prices, and availability of goods often change due to the specifics of the online store.
Connection with Prom. UA and Rozetka
The Epicenter M marketplace started selling in 2020, and in May 2021, its turnover has already exceeded UAH 30 million. Every month, this figure increases by about 45%, and the marketplace receives about 1,500 orders per day.
If you decide to sell on marketplaces and your products are already in the Torgsoft program, then the process of placing goods on Prom. UA, including setting up the connection, will take only a few hours. To synchronize with Rozetka, you will also have to spend a little time at first, then the program will automatically export goods and import orders in just a few seconds.

We're used to messaging our employees on Telegram or Viber. But this method has several drawbacks: an employee can ignore a message, read it but say they didn't see it, forget their phone at home, or turn it off altogether. In this case, how can you find the seller or store administrator?
With the Staff Alert option, a manager can remotely send a message to an employee, while seeing which of their subordinates is already at work and working in the program. The manager will see whether the employee has read the notification or not, which will prevent negligent employees from "dumping" tasks. You can also set the time and interval for sending notifications in the program, which is convenient if you want the notification to reach employees at the scheduled time.
ABC and XYZ analysis
A visual analysis that will help you understand which products are in demand and need to be ordered more actively in larger quantities, and which products should be sold at a discount.
