Bitrix will delete user data: what to replace Bitrix with?

"On June 1, the service will finally stop working in Ukraine. After June 1, access to the portals will be impossible, all data will be completely deleted. Until then, you can download all the necessary data from your portal using the available tools: CRM, Employee Contacts, Tasks, Telephony, Disk," Bitrix said in a letter.
The on-premise version of the system will still work, but in a limited license mode. Some functionalities will become unavailable.
In addition, Ukraine wants to completely ban russian software.
The IT Ukraine Association has put forward a proposal to ban any software of russian origin in Ukraine. The organization has already sent a corresponding appeal to the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
The Ukrainian market has many russian software vendors offering the sale and implementation of such programs for small and medium-sized businesses. In this regard, it should be noted that this situation poses a threat to national security.
In addition, russian software developers profit from the sale of their software in Ukraine. Examples of such programs include the 1C warehouse accounting service, Мой Склад. Clones of the program have been re-registered under other names — BAS ERP, AmoCRM, Bitrix.

Leads
A lead is a potential customer who has shown interest in your product or service.
A lead is always at a certain stage — the stage of work. In Torgsoft, in the "Trade with invoice" mode of working with orders, you can record a certain stage of work with a client — contact, the fact of a call or sending an invoice. Customers can be sorted by stage and see whether the services have been provided or the transaction is stuck at some stage.
Repeat leads
When a customer contacts us or buys a product through the online store, Torgsoft finds the customer by any feature — name, phone number, email, or discount card. At the same time, the manager will see what the customer has already bought, and the new transaction will be added to the customer's purchase history.
Control of duplicates
Torgsoft checks the presence of a customer in the database by contact information and warns if such a customer already exists in the database.
Representatives and suppliers
Detailed information about the customer is filled in Torgsoft → Settings → Counterparty or Supplier, whether it is an individual or a company representative. This can be general data — name, address, contacts; bank account details, additional information, initial debts, documents, and delivery parameters.
Intermediaries
In Torgsoft → Marketing → Reseller, you can work as a drop-shipping supplier and determine a percentage or a fixed amount of remuneration for your partner for the sale of a certain type of product.
Sales
Transaction
In Torgsoft, a transaction is formed as a commercial offer (when a customer is pricing) or an invoice (when a customer is ready to buy). In Trade with invoice, goods or services, the amount to be paid, customer data, which seller formed the transaction, and the stage of the transaction are recorded. You can use the invoice to send letters and SMS to customers, set tasks and reminders to employees.
Commercial offer
You can create a commercial offer in Torgsoft → Trade with invoice. In the commercial offer, add a customer, goods and services, a percentage of discount, set the status — preparation, sent, invoice, refusal. You can convert a quote into a transaction.
Invoices
By analogy, you can create an invoice, which is the final stage of the sales process. When a deal is concluded, we create an invoice and send it to the client for payment. There are many conditions for working with a client, including such important parameters as detailed information about the client, products, discount, payment, and shipment terms — full and partial shipment of the invoice, sending by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta. Sending payment details via SMS, mail, or Viber. Selling goods through a cash register or a regular fiscal registrar.
CRM for services
In Torgsoft, you can sell not only goods but also services by analogy. Unlike Bitrix, there is a clear separation of goods and services, so you can print documents for reporting accordingly: an invoice for goods and a certificate of completion for services. Torgsoft has more than 50 reports and analyzes to control the intensity of sales, best-selling products, managerial efficiency, and stale goods in the warehouses of the retail network. Data security
Cleaning up the place
Since Torgsoft is a desktop system, i.e. it is installed on a computer, the amount of space for the database is determined by the amount of free space on the hard disk. However, if you need to delete information about sales in previous periods, use the function "Delete statistics of closed periods".
Automatic data archiving
In Torgsoft, your data belongs to you. And no one can simply take it and delete it (as in the case of Bitrix). For automatic regular archiving of the database to your Google drive, use the "Data security: archive in the cloud" option.
Marketing in CRM
Communication with customers
In Torgsoft, you can conduct customer surveys, send letters, SMS and Viber messages from CRM, record calls using Binotel IP telephony, and make marketing calls to your customer base.
In the Marketing → Customers menu, you can record the fact of communication with the customer and view the history of communication with the customer.
The module "Torgsoft Chat" — correspondence in social networks and messengers is under development and will be released in an update in August.
Customer segmentation
Customers in Torgsoft can be segmented by purchases of certain types of goods, and based on this information, you can send e-mail, SMS, and Viber newsletters with purchase offers. After segmenting customers, their contacts can be downloaded to a file and a database of these customers and similar ones can be formed for importing to Facebook and Instagram and setting up advertising.
Reminders for managers.
After each contact with a client, you can set a reminder for the manager to continue communication on a certain day. The ability to create a contact is available in Trade with invoice, as well as in the menu Marketing → Customers and Analysis → Analysis of customer activity.
Migration from other accounting systems
Importing goods
You can import the following product data from Bitrix, 1c, or other systems into Torgsoft: barcode, article, description, material, color, size, type of product, manufacturer, supplier code, image, gender, season, UFEACC product code, and all dynamic characteristics. You can also import data from a data collection terminal.
Importing customers
You can transfer customers from other systems to Torgsoft. To achieve this, you need to prepare an Excel spreadsheet with the following customer data: customer name, discount card barcode, discount percentage, initial amount, address, phone number, comment, additional contact, email address, card type, bonus amount, discount calculation method.
Data export
You can download any data from any report form from Torgsoft to work with it in tables for experiments, calculations, and data modifications.
Legislation
Taxes
Two types of taxes can be added to Torgsoft: VAT and excise tax. You can also create several tax percentages, enter the tax code and letter designation.
Currencies
In Torgsoft, you can keep records in many currencies — receipt and sale of goods, payments to suppliers, financial accounting. Moreover, you can add many currencies to the system — their name, international designation, and digital code.

Telephony in CRM
Synchronization with Binotel telephony is implemented in the additional option "CRM".
