Torgsoft is a Ukrainian inventory management system that replaces 1C, BAS, "MoySklad", Bitrix24, EKAM, CloudShop, LiteBox, and Sigma. This article explains which software features cover the capabilities of these solutions and how to switch to Torgsoft in 7 steps.

Financial Accounting
Money tracking: the program provides the entrepreneur with accurate information on how much money is invested in goods and how much has been spent. Torgsoft records sales and automatically summarizes the amount of cash in the register. If the store has several registers, the program will keep track of cash receipts for each one separately.
Sales analysis: the program shows earnings for a specific product, from a particular salesperson, by day, month, etc.
Settlements with customers and suppliers: the program controls customer debts to the store and settlements with suppliers, shows outstanding balances, and generates financial reports for reconciliation and control on both sides.
Accounting in Torgsoft is confidential. Information is stored not in the cloud but on the user's computer; data is sent to the tax office under the entrepreneur's control and only regarding the sale of fiscal goods.
Staff Control and Payroll
Torgsoft allows you to maintain work schedules and automatically calculate salaries in various ways: hourly, per shift, from sales, monthly flat rate, etc.
In addition, Torgsoft keeps track of working hours and monitors the timely arrival of employees at work, including photo verification at the workplace.
Each employee also has the opportunity to see their own detailed payroll statement for hours worked, bonuses, and fines.

Software for Online Stores
The comprehensive accounting provided by Torgsoft allows you to export data about products and their characteristics to online stores or marketplaces. You can set a correct algorithm for forming product names in the program so that the online store manager doesn't spend days or weeks editing product information in the site's admin panel. Characteristics, photos, and product descriptions are also stored in Torgsoft, meaning there's no need to manually transfer information to each online platform separately. How to switch from another program to Torgsoft in 7 steps
1. Create categories: trees of product types, manufacturers, seasons
In Torgsoft — Merchandising — Product Type, form a tree of product types that will be convenient for you to use. For example:
If you don't have an idea for a hierarchical category structure, you can borrow product categories from Rozetka.
2. Export data from the old program to Excel
Save the list of products with prices and quantities by category in separate Excel files. Saving in separate files according to the structure of product types you created in Torgsoft ↑ is necessary — for example, separately for sneakers, separately for insoles, separately for shoe cleaning products.
This is convenient so that all products end up in their respective groups after uploading, and each group can be configured separately.
3. Format the Excel files
The table for import into Torgsoft must be prepared in Excel. The downside of 1C is that upon exporting, merged cells may appear in the table, or the table might be broken up by rows containing category names:
This should not happen. For import into Torgsoft, a simple table is needed:
Also, in Torgsoft, products with different barcodes cannot have the same name. This should be taken into account.
4. Import the goods receipt invoice
If you upload a list of products with quantities, the goods will be entered into stock. If you import products without quantities, only the nomenclature will be uploaded.
5. Check quantities and prices
After importing into Torgsoft, you need to open the created goods receipt invoice and verify the correctness of the information: names, prices, barcodes, and articles. Difficulties may arise when importing alphanumeric articles. If the import result is unsatisfactory, you need to delete all products from the goods receipt invoice and the product directory and try the import with different settings.
6. Print price tags
Price tags for all products can be printed at the click of a single button 
7. Import the client list
The principle of importing clients is the same as for products.
