Step 1. Data preservation or database clearing

Data is preserved: after the 30-day demo period ends, all the data you entered is completely saved on your computer. To continue working with it, you simply need to purchase and activate a license.

Database clearing: if you entered test or fictional data, the database can be completely cleared in a few clicks to start full accounting from scratch.

Step 2. Choosing the work format (Purchase or Rent)

If you are ready for automation, you can choose one of two options:

Purchase of a perpetual license: you buy the program once (Start, Ultra, or Terminal versions, depending on the size of the store and the need for remote access) and install it on your own hardware.

Rent (Торгсофт-Онлайн): if you do not plan to immediately invest in purchasing the program and your own server, the license can be rented. You make a regular payment and work directly in the installed program.

Step 3. What to do if you didn't have time to test

If the 30 days of the demo version have passed, but you still haven't started working, contact the sales department or technical support for an individual resolution of this issue.

Step 4. Data protection and copyright

The «Торгсофт» software is an object of copyright and is protected by law.

It is strictly forbidden to use unlicensed copies, "cracks", emulators, or modified builds.

Violation of these conditions leads to key blocking without a refund. Furthermore, using third-party hacking programs poses a threat to your computer's security and can permanently damage your database.

Step 5. Payment rules and confirmation of ownership

The license is personalized and cannot be transferred or re-registered to third parties (even in the event of a business sale). To properly secure ownership, follow these rules:

Place of purchase: make payments exclusively to the official bank accounts of the company or through authorized dealers listed on the official website.

Payer = Owner: you must pay for the license from the account of the person (or ФОП/ТОВ) who will be its actual owner.

Purpose of payment: if the payment is made by another person (for example, your relative or accountant), the payment purpose must specify the ПІБ (or company name) and ІПН (or ЄДРПОУ) of the person who will own the program.

What else you should know before buying

Before paying, please note that the program is a digital product, so after granting access and activating the license key, funds are not refunded in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Also, consider that after the 30 days of the demo version, the 2 hours of free technical support expire; subsequently, assistance from setup specialists is provided on a paid basis (through the purchase of a one-time "ticket" or an annual service agreement). If you want to obtain a perpetual license for ownership but are not ready to pay the entire amount at once, instead of renting, you can arrange an installment plan (payment in parts) directly from the company. The activation itself happens seamlessly: you simply enter the purchased key into your demo version and continue working with your saved database.
