How the class is held

1. At the agreed day and time, a Torgsoft specialist contacts you via Skype
2. The manager connects via TeamViewer to your computer, which has Torgsoft installed in advance
3. You see both the Torgsoft specialist and the actions that take place on the computer screen in the program
4. Trainees enter data into the program themselves. This way, you and your salespeople develop real-world skills.
5. The specialist saves a recording of the training with screen capture and sound on the computer. You can view the recording at any time and recall what you have forgotten.

What you need for online learning 

• A microphone, headphones, or speakers connected to a computer. Or a laptop with a built-in microphone.
• Torgsoft and Skype installed.

Preliminary preparation

If you have trading equipment, you need to configure and test it in advance. Contact the Technical Support Service of Torgsoft to configure the trading equipment and install the program. Please note: online training is not technical support. For effective training, the accounting program and trading equipment must be configured.
