Customer survey system in Torgsoft: how to set up and use
09.06.2025 12:23The customer survey feature in Torgsoft is a convenient tool for collecting customer feedback during sales and post-sale follow-ups.
Why use surveys?

Marketing channel analysis: for example, to learn how the customer heard about the store or promotion.

Improving assortment: evaluate products by categories.

Increasing sales: use questions as reminders to sellers about upsells, promotions, and related products.
What to ask customers?
Ask specific and relevant information that comes directly from the customer. For example:
✅ Where did you hear about our store? (if you’ve recently opened and are looking for ways to promote).
✅ Where did you hear about our promotion or sale? (if you want to know which advertising channel works best).
✅ How do you evaluate the assortment (jackets, toys, etc.) in our store?
✅ What would you like to improve in our service/product/support?
How to set up a survey?
Menu: Marketing → Customer Survey System
The customer survey system in Torgsoft is a window with answer options that appears automatically during each sale. Before processing payment, the program displays a question and response options.

The system includes 5 tabs:

Survey — create questions, answer options, active periods, and display locations.

Clients — view customers, their responses, and purchases.

Post-sale follow-up — create scripts for manual customer calls.

Survey analysis — view response statistics and filter by period, type, or sales point.

Settings — activate the survey function.
Without activation in the "Settings" tab, surveys will not work.
How does it look during a sale?

During a sale or invoice issuance, a window with a question appears before payment.

The seller asks the question, the client answers, and only after that the payment form opens.

The survey window can be closed using the Alt + F4 key combination if the client does not wish to answer.
Survey as seller motivation
To motivate your sellers, explain that conducting post-sale surveys not only increases the average check size but also boosts their salary.
After the conversation, the seller can offer related products, remind the customer about bonuses or discounts, inform them about current promotions, or mention upcoming offers and new products.
Survey results analysis
In the Survey analysis tab, you can:

View the number of responses and the most popular answers.

Export results as a report.

View data by filters: date, accounting center, customer name, phone number, document number.
