Cash registers in a smartphone

You can sell fiscal goods with Torgsoft from your Android or iOS smartphone.

To use a fiscal registrar in a smartphone, you need:

• Accounting program Torgsoft "Ultra" or "Terminal" version 2020.6.1 and higher.
• Additional option "Mobile application".
• Additional option "Software ECR".

How to use a cash register in a smartphone?

1. Register a software ECR for a mobile application on the website of the Fiscal Service.
2. Activate additional options "Software ECR" and "Mobile application".
3. Set up a software cash register in Torgsoft to work with the mobile application.

Please note that if you plan to use your smartphone for regular sales, on-site sales, you need to register a separate cash register for it. Currently, you cannot use the same software ECR in both the mobile application and the accounting program on your computer. This restriction is necessary to prevent possible user errors when using the cash register in parallel.

Using a cash register in a smartphone, you can:

• open the salesperson's shift and display a check for opening the shift,
• deposit or withdraw money from the cash desk and receive a receipt,
• sell the product,
• return fiscal goods,
• print a z-report at the end of the work and to close the shift, which will show the goods sold, goods returned, service deposits and cash disbursements,
• set up fiscal checks,
• in the warehouse state, filter goods by fiscal or non-fiscal status.

Sale of fiscal goods

Scan the product or select it from the warehouse. After the sale of the goods, a fiscal receipt with a QR code will be displayed on the screen, which can be sent to the buyer in the messenger or by e-mail. Receipts are saved in PDF format and can be sent to any printer for printing.
