Torgsoft confesses his love

Today is February 14 - the day when people declare their love 

Torgsoft was no exception, and our team decided to confess why we love our customers. We wanted to form a TOP-10, but it was not to be!

As we were writing, it became clear that there are many more reasons for this, and they are all important.

So, we love our customers for: 

  • Trust. It often happens that our clients don't understand what they want from the program, and this is where the element of complete trust kicks in: we do what is needed. And sometimes it's even cooler: when a client wants one thing, but after our conversations, they agree to something completely different. This is because clients know that we combine the interests of the client and the capabilities of the program. 
  • High-quality feedback. The tasks set by our clients are extraordinary. We work on them as a company and enjoy the result of automating another business process. We love the openness of our clients in communication, their great sense of humor, and the fact that they always speak to the point. And, of course, for the positive feedback. Your "Thank you!" inspires us to continue working.
  • Shared values. Order and discipline, responsibility and honesty are what we practice ourselves and love in our clients.
  • Workaholism. Our clients, like us, work hard, know how to set goals and achieve them despite difficulties and obstacles. We love our clients for their optimism, vitality, and the desire for development that inspires us. We love them because they see their plans through to the end.
  • Wisdom and patience. Loyalty in difficult situations, understanding the intricacies of our work. For the ability to develop business in difficult conditions. For knowing how to count every hryvnia and taking on seemingly overwhelming responsibilities: not only managing the store, staff, and suppliers, but also managing to implement automation and find time for vacation!
