Torgsoft software features for a wedding and evening dress shop
1. Inventory and service accounting (Basic functionality)
Size ranges: the program allows creating size ranges for dress models. When posting goods, the quantity for each model size is specified.
Labeling: the system generates unique barcodes for each product (taking into account the size), which can be printed on a label printer.
Photos: one or more photos can be added to the product card for visual identification of the model in the warehouse and during the sale.
Service accounting: services (for example, dress fitting, steaming) are created in the full list of goods and services and can be added to the receipt upon sale.
2. Working with client orders (Basic functionality)
Pre-orders and reservations: if the item is not in stock or the client wants to reserve a dress, an "Accept order" document is created. The goods are reserved in the temporary storage warehouse for a specified period. The program records the percentage or the exact amount of the prepayment (advance).
Custom tailoring: for self-produced dresses, the "Client order for an item" mode is used. The consumed materials (fabric, accessories from the warehouse), services, and work of performers (seamstresses) are added to the order to calculate the final cost.
3. Product rentals (Additional option)
For renting out dresses, the "Product rental" option is used.
A product issued for rent is automatically transferred to the reserve and becomes unavailable for sale.
The program records the rental period, the deposit amount, and the rental cost.
You can print a rental agreement, a certificate of completion, and financial documents for receiving and returning the deposit from the system.
4. Financial accounting and expenses (Basic functionality)
Expense accounting: expenses for services of third-party contractors (dry cleaning, atelier, premises rental) are recorded through the "Financial document" mode linked to the relevant financial analysis items.
Cash transactions support both cash and non-cash payments (via a bank terminal).
5. Marketing and loyalty
Promotion settings (Basic functionality): creating conditions for discounts. Supported mechanics: discounts on product groups, "1+1=3" format promotions, discounts when buying a set (e.g., dress + accessories), as well as birthday discounts.
"Refer a friend" (Additional option): generating promo codes for the affiliate program. A new client receives a discount by promo code, and the client who recommended them gets a set bonus.
Mass mailing (Additional option): sending SMS, Viber, and email messages to clients directly from the program's contact database (informing about collection arrivals, order statuses, promotions).
6. Analytics and reporting (Basic functionality)
Generation of cash and product reports for a selected period.
Sales analysis by product types, collections, and sizes.
Stagnant goods analysis: identifying dress models that have not sold for a long time for subsequent markdown or applying discounts.
Buyer activity analysis to determine the most profitable clients.
System testing
All described functions are available for free testing for 30 days in the fully functional demo version of the program, which can be downloaded from the official website. During the demo period, you can also activate additional paid options to check them.
