How to replace the fiscal registrar or other ECR with the Torgsoft ECR

Can I use a regular fiscal registrar and a cash register at the same time?

In Ukraine, there are no restrictions on the use of both types of cash registers.
According to the law, an entrepreneur can use both hardware and software ECRs simultaneously.

Deregistration of a hardware cash register and switching to the Torgsoft cash register

If you decide to abandon the hardware cash register, you must submit an application No. 4-PRO for its cancellation to the supervisory authority at the place of registration of the cash register. Before canceling the registration of a cash register, it must be unsealed at the CA, with which you have an agreement for the maintenance and repair of the cash register.

To register a software-based cash register, you must be registered with the tax office. Your business unit, i.e. the store where the cash register will be used, must also be registered (in accordance with clause 63.3 of Article 63 of the Tax Code - notification of taxable objects in the form No. 20-OPP).

To start working with a cash register, you need to submit an application for registration of a software registrar of payment transactions in the form No. 1-PRO (J/F 1316604) in electronic form at the main place of registration as a taxpayer, through the Electronic Cabinet or through the Torgsoft program.

How to switch from a fiscal registrar to a software ECR from Torgsoft

1. Unseal the fiscal registrar at the Centralized Service Center with which you have concluded a maintenance and repair agreement.
2. Submit an application for cancellation of the registration of the cash register No. 4-RRO to the supervisory authority at the place of registration of the cash register. Along with the application for cancellation, provide the registration certificate.
3. Register the software ECR through the Electronic cabinet or Torgsoft.
4. Register a cashier through the Electronic cabinet or Torgsoft.
4. Add a cashier to the Torgsoft program who will work with the software ECR and transfer the EDS to the program directory.
5. Set up Torgsoft on your device.

How to switch from another cash register to the software cash register from Torgsoft

For an already registered cash register, you only need to change the software - that is, install Torgsoft.

1. Purchase and activate a license for the Torgsoft accounting program and the "Software ECR" option.
2. Close the shift on the current third-party software ECR.
3. Transfer the cashier's key to the catalog with Torgsoft.
4. Configure the "Software ECR" option on your computer.
