In October 2015, Torgsoft went for a "double" automation: on Monday, we visited Zaporizhzhia, installing the program for product accounting, and on Tuesday — Nikopol.
In the glorious city of Zaporizhzhia, the installation took place at the "Dachnik" store chain, whose owner kindly agreed to answer a few questions. The interview was brief due to Svetlana Alexandrovna's busy schedule, but we discussed all the main topics.
Svetlana Alexandrovna, please tell us about the opening of your business.
My grandmother was passionate about gardening, and this hobby passed down to me. At first, I grew plants and took care of them (for myself), but then we decided to open a store, then a second, a third... That's how our business was born.
Why did you decide to automate your stores?
When keeping records in a notebook, it's quite difficult to objectively assess the movement of money and the profits generated. In the end, it raises the question: Where did the money go, and where do we get more for development? To avoid such situations, we decided to install Torgsoft®. Now we will be able to see the full picture: income, expenses, movements, stocks, and more.
Did you use any software for accounting before discovering Torgsoft?
Yes, before that we had another program, which only had a few basic features. At first, they were sufficient, but as the business grew, we wanted more powerful functionality. That's why we turned our attention to Torgsoft.

We found information on the internet about several programs, compared them, and read reviews. In the end, we chose Torgsoft — your program won us over with its abundance of features and useful functions.
