A new comprehensive service for businesses has been launched in Diia: e-Pidpryiemets. Now, you can get all the necessary services in almost half an hour by submitting only one application through the online form.
How does the new program work, and what are its advantages for starting and developing your own business?
How to open a business in Diia in 30 minutes?
One application — over a dozen useful services. This significantly saves time for entrepreneurs and simplifies the process of collecting, forming, and submitting documents to start their own business.
Previously, to register a business, it was necessary to go to various state institutions and get permits from them. This took a lot of time, about a month to a month and a half. But with the appearance of the comprehensive service from Diia, all this can now be done more easily and quickly. You only need to visit the service portal and fill out the application online.
Who can use the e-Pidpryiemets service?
The service is available for both newly created and existing entrepreneurs:

Sole proprietors (FOP),

Legal entities.
The service can also be used to open a new point of sale or a new establishment.
Access is available to all adult citizens of Ukraine who wish to start their own business, as well as those who already have the status of FOP or a legal entity and want to expand or change their business.
What services can be obtained through e-Pidpryiemets?
Through the service, the following services can be obtained:

Register as a sole proprietor (FOP);

Make changes to an existing FOP;

Submit an application to register an LLC based on the charter;

Choose a simplified tax system;

Become a VAT payer;

Open a bank account;
-
Submit a declaration of compliance with material and technical base in accordance with current laws (on labor protection or fire safety);

Submit vacancies to the Employment Center;

Register a pECR or ECR;

Notify state services about using a single account;

Notify about hiring an employee;
-
Submit form 20-OPP about taxable objects, etc.
The e-Pidpryiemets service combines all the necessary services that can be used at any stage of business development. Therefore, you can select multiple services at once and add them to your application.
The system works automatically and transmits documents to the government authorities. Processing the application takes from 10 to 40 minutes. During this time, data is exchanged between government institutions. This greatly simplifies submitting data to registers and saves time for entrepreneurs.
All necessary information is automatically filled into the application, and the processing results are entered into the corresponding registers.

How e-Pidpryiemets works: user guide
To get the necessary services for starting or developing a business, you need to:

Go to the Diia portal and log in to your personal account.

Choose the e-Pidpryiemets service: if you need help choosing services, you can use the hints. When filling out the request, the system automatically sends it to the Unified State Register.

Choose services and add them to the application: the user selects the necessary services from the available list and adds them to the online application form. This information undergoes automatic verification and is sent to government services in the order of each service being executed separately.

Check the contact details: if any discrepancies are found, you can contact the TSNAP to correct them.

Confirm the application and sign it with an electronic signature.

Check the results: the user can get the results of the review for each service in the personal account. The status of the application will change when the documents are ready.
The entire application process will take no more than 40 minutes. The processing of the request takes from 1 to 10 days.
