Calendar of Days Off and Religious Holidays in 2026
According to the Law of Ukraine “On the Organization of Labor Relations under Martial Law”, in 2026 no additional days off are granted (that is, public holidays are not transferred to the nearest working day). Under normal conditions, if a public holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the day off would be transferred to the nearest Monday. In 2026, Easter falls on Sunday, April 12, and Trinity Sunday falls on Sunday, May 31. In peacetime, these days off would be transferred to Monday, April 13, and Monday, June 1, respectively.

Days Off at Torgsoft in 2026
We take days off very rarely: usually, when there is an official public holiday in the country, duty specialists are on duty at Torgsoft, while most employees may take a day off by prior arrangement.
The only holidays when Torgsoft will be completely closed in 2026 are:
- January 1 — New Year’s Day
- April 12 — Easter
New Holiday Calendar
In accordance with Law No. 3258 dated July 28, 2023, the dates of celebrating certain national and commemorative days in Ukraine have been changed:
Family Day in Ukraine — May 15 instead of July 8,
Day of Ukrainian Statehood — July 15 instead of July 28,
Defenders and Defendresses of Ukraine Day — October 1 instead of October 14,
Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language — October 27 instead of November 9,
Christmas Day — December 25 instead of January 7.
We would like to remind you that on May 24, 2023, the Orthodox Church of Ukraine transitioned to a new church calendar (the Revised Julian calendar) for fixed-date feasts. This means that the liturgical calendar cycle for most dates shifted by 13 days.
At the same time, Easter and the related movable feasts (Trinity, Ascension) are calculated according to the Paschalion (the lunisolar cycle), therefore their dates are determined separately and may not coincide with Catholic celebrations each year.
