Transition to a Single MFO of PrivatBank
 
Due to PrivatBank's transition to a unified MFO 305299, as of 15.03.2025, Torgsoft settlement accounts will also be updated. Please be attentive when making payments — use only the new details to avoid delays in processing transactions.

For proper operation, entrepreneurs affected by these changes need to renew contracts and inform their partners about the updated accounts. Torgsoft will send the new details to customers immediately on the day they are received.

New Unified PrivatBank MFO from March 15, 2025

Starting from March 15, 2025, some sole proprietors and entrepreneurs will have changes in their account numbers. This is due to PrivatBank's transition to a new unified code (MFO). The MFO is necessary to identify the bank among other financial institutions. 

For all PrivatBank branches, deadlines have been set within which they must transition to the unified bank code — 305299.

From March 17, 2025, corporate clients of Kharkiv GRU, Sumy, and Kramatorsk branches must use the new account details. The accounts will change automatically, so there is no need to visit a branch.

The transition date to the new MFO code — from 15.03.2025. The date when only new accounts should be used — 17.03.2025.

How exactly will the account changes occur, and how can you find out the new details?

Stages of Transition to New PrivatBank Details for Sole Proprietors

For entrepreneurs with business accounts in PrivatBank, the update will be done automatically.

  • Until March 17, 2025, accounts can be opened using either the old or the new unified bank code;

  • In transactions with partners and clients, the old details can be used but only until March 17;

  • After transitioning to the unified code, only the new details should be used for transactions.

PrivatBank's corporate clients must inform all their partners about the new account details. The next step is to renew contracts reflecting the updated accounts.

How to Inform Partners About New Account Details via Privat24?

You can notify your business partners as follows:

  • Log into Privat24 for Business;

  • Open the "For Accountants" menu and the "Electronic Document Management" section;

  • Create an additional agreement specifying the new details;

  • Sign the document using an electronic signature;

  • Send the additional agreement to your partners.

If a business partner does not use PrivatBank services, they can review the additional agreement on the electronic document management website. For convenience, you can include a direct link to this site in the document, eliminating the need for additional authorization when accessing it. The necessary page can be opened in any internet browser, on any device, even on a smartphone.

How to Find Out Your New Account Details?

New details will be available in Privat24 for Business after 15.03.2025 in the "Settings" menu, under the "My Details" tab.

Be sure to inform your partners about the new details and renew contracts with them. Starting from March 17, 2025, only the new accounts should be used for transactions.

What to Do If Funds Were Sent to Old Accounts?

If funds were transferred to the old account details, the bank will credit the payment to the account «Credit amounts pending clarification» and then transfer it to the new account. The funds will be received no later than the next business day.

Seamless Account Transition for Sole Proprietors

PrivatBank ensures a smooth and seamless transition to new accounts for its clients:

  • Closed accounts will remain in the system and will be available for viewing and statement generation;

  • The new accounts will display the account balance, banking service fees, service package details, etc.;

  • The balance from the old account will be automatically transferred to the new account;

  • All configured notifications, such as transaction alerts or balance updates, will be sent for the new accounts;

  • No need to reissue the card, as it will be linked to the newly opened account;

  • The balance on the card will be preserved.

The new accounts will be active immediately, allowing full access to transactions, statement generation, and new payments.

How to Update Bank Accounts in Torgsoft?

If your bank account details have changed, they need to be updated in Torgsoft to ensure correct receipt of bank statements and payments from your partners.

Steps to configure the new account in the Torgsoft system:

1. Adding a New Account

  • Go to the Torgsoft application and navigate to Settings → Bank Statement Settings.

  • Click "New" to add a new account.

  • In the pop-up window, select the Merchant type corresponding to your bank: PrivatBank (legal entities), Monobank, UKRSIBBANK. 

2. Configuring Statements for Each Bank

PrivatBank (Legal Entities)

  • Log in to Privat24 for Business and go to Service Catalog → Integration (AutoClient).

  • Enable AutoClient, select API, enter the application name (e.g., Torgsoft), and save.

  • Go to AutoClient settings and obtain the ID and token.

  • In Torgsoft, add a new account and enter:

✔ Account number (IBAN)
✔ Client identifier (AutoClient ID)
✔ "AutoClient" token

  • Save the changes.

 Important! Ensure that the account is available in your Privat24 account.

Monobank

  • In Torgsoft, select Merchant Type: Monobank.

  • In the Monobank API Token field, enter the token from your Monobank account (obtained through api.monobank.ua after scanning a QR code).

  • Click "Download Accounts" and select the required account.

  • Save the changes.

UKRSIBBANK

  • Install OpenSSL (32-bit version).

  • In Torgsoft, select Merchant Type: UKRSIBBANK and click "Generate Keys."

  • Select the path to save the private and public keys.

  • Send a request to the bank for API connection (with the public key attached).

  • After confirmation from the bank, enter the received Client_ID and Client_secret in Torgsoft.

  • Add the IBAN account in the format: UA523510050000026008175123499_UAH.

  • Save the changes.

To receive statements, you will need to log in once a day through the UKRSIB business website.

3. Configuring Access for Employees

After adding the account, you can define who will have access to statements. To do this:

  • Click "Add User."

  • Select an employee and access level:

✔ Income — access to incoming transactions only.
✔ Expenses — access to expenses only.
✔ Full access — view all transactions.

  • Save the settings.

4. Retrieving Statements from the Updated Account

To retrieve or view statements:

  • Go to the Payments menu → Bank Account Statements.

  • Select the period and click "Retrieve Statements."

  • The system will load a list of transactions using the new account details.

Additionally: retrieved statements can be linked to financial transactions in Torgsoft for automatic payment accounting.
