Software ECR in a smartphone
Selling fiscal goods can now be done from a smartphone.
Software ECR in the Torgsoft Mobile app is available for those who have Android, who have updated to version 2020.6.1 and app server 4.0.2 and above.
How to use the software ECR in a smartphone?
- Register software ECR with the tax authority
- Activate the additional option
- Set up software ECR in the program
- Install the Torgsoft Mobile App
If you use a smartphone for regular sales, mobile trading, then a separate software ECR is attached to it. It is currently not possible to use the same software ECR in both the mobile app and Torgsoft on the computer. This restriction is in place to prevent potential user errors when using the software ECR in parallel.

Quick setup of software ECR
If you are registered on the tax authority's website, you can quickly set up a FOP or legal entity in Torgsoft. To do this, simply specify the private key file and password - the form for selecting the business unit and registered software ECRs with the tax authority will open. After that, the main fields of the "Software ECR" form will be automatically filled in.
Support for private keys "Ukraine" and "PrivatBank" zs2 and jks
Support for private key files of ACCS LLC "Ukraine" (*.zs2) and ACCS "PrivatBank" (*.jks) has been implemented.
If the software ECR is already set up, replacing the directory with the key will happen automatically after updating Torgsoft. Thus, all previously configured software ECR will continue to work normally without additional settings.
The CSC address is automatically determined when specifying the private key file. If necessary, it can be changed:
- key-6.dat -> acskidd.gov.ua
- *.zs2 -> uakey.com.ua
- *.jks -> acsk.privatbank.ua
Where the software ECR is used: ECR name and application
Two new attributes have been added to the software ECR editing form:
- "Name" - an optional parameter, but convenient for identifying the software ECR if you use multiple registrars in one accounting program: you can name the fiscal registrar as you like, for example, FOP Astakhova.
- "Usage" - separates software ECR: which will be used in Torgsoft on the computer and which in the mobile app. It is not possible to use the same software ECR in parallel in the mobile app and regular Torgsoft.
Linking to FOP and legal entity
We added a link between the software ECR and the enterprise: Torgsoft prints a fiscal receipt on behalf of the FOP or legal entity to which the software ECR is linked. When paying in cash - the link is made through the sales document. When paying to a bank account - the receipt is sent from the enterprise set in the account settings in Torgsoft.
The software ECR can be linked to the enterprise in two ways:
- for each workstation, establish a link between the software ECR and the enterprise in the table "Software ECR of the workplace for the enterprise",
- in the "Enterprise" editing form on the "Software ECR" tab.
Choosing a software ECR when paying for goods
You can choose the software ECR from which the fiscal receipt will be printed at the time of payment.
This option can be enabled in the role settings for a restricted role: we restricted the seller's role so that they cannot sell goods from the wrong software ECR.
Working with multiple sellers with a software ECR
In Torgsoft, multiple sellers can now work with one software ECR: all sales will be signed with the seller's individual electronic signature.
In Settings - Employee, we added a Software ECR tab where you can enter the data for the seller's electronic receipt signature, their surname, and first name.
Print or not print a fiscal receipt for prepayment or credit sales: intrigues, scandals, investigations
There is no single standard or recommendation for printing receipts when receiving prepayments, delivering goods on credit, and paying for goods on credit. The most common recommendation on the internet: "Consult your tax inspector". This is one of the reasons why we added so many settings.
Therefore, in Settings - Parameters - Receipt, two new values have been added to the receipt printing conditions in trade with invoice issuance:
- Offer to print
- Always print a receipt
We also added two settings exclusively for software ECR:
- Print a prepayment receipt on the software ECR
- Print a credit payment receipt on the software ECR
These settings can be set to Do not print, Offer to print, or Always print a receipt.
Nuances of printing fiscal receipts with credit and prepayment
For prepayment and credit to work in Torgsoft, the relevant records must be set in the software ECR payment types.
If not all goods in the receipt are fiscal, the prepayment amount will be divided into fiscal and non-fiscal parts, proportionally to the amount of fiscal goods in the invoice or waybill.
If the invoice is delivered without payment or with partial payment, the "Credit" payment type will be displayed in the payment forms by receipt, for the remaining debt amount on the waybill.
Price with and without discount in the fiscal receipt
In version 2020.6.1, the price without discount and the discount on the goods were added to the software ECR receipt.
Deleting software ECR receipts
Software ECR receipts are deleted when deleting statistics of closed periods, up to the last date of the period being deleted and for which there are no returns in the periods that are not being deleted.
Software ECR settings and receipt analytics
The software ECR working form in Torgsoft is divided into two tabs:
Software ECR Settings
- filter by usage,
- software ECR status: online or offline,
- automatic fill buttons for taxes and payment types,
- Tax type code form,
- two payment forms: prepayment and credit.
Software ECR Analytics
- Print a copy of the fiscal receipt.
- View the local number of offline or online receipts, type, date and time of receipt creation, document in Torgsoft, fiscal document number, return receipt number, accounting center, cashier's surname, offline session number, summary, how much money was deposited and withdrawn.
- View details: list of goods, taxes, and payments by receipts.
Checking cryptographic libraries
To work with the software ECR, you need to install CSK-1 User software, which is responsible for cryptographic libraries. Torgsoft checks for the necessary files to operate the software ECR in the "CSK-1 User" directory: the default installation path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Institute of Informational Technologies\Certificate Authority-1.3\End User
Important to know when working with software ECR:
- The functions of the software ECR are tested on test enterprises provided by the tax authority. The 2020.6.1 update is regulated by the Supplement to the Public Offer License Agreement for the use of the beta version of Torgsoft.
- Torgsoft works with third-party software: the API and the fiscal service server, according to their rules and documentation, which can be changed by the fiscals without notice. We are not responsible for the operation of the tax server and the illogical behavior of the algorithms on their server.
- We monitor changes in tax legislation every day and promptly make changes to the program.
- Use the software ECR carefully:
+ tell sellers how to properly work with the fiscal registrar,
+ do not ignore messages from the program that can warn about internet disconnection, exceeding the limit of receipts or offline session.
- Do not wait until December 31, 2021, to implement the software ECR - start fiscalization earlier. There are many nuances in the operation of the software ECR that need to be understood, teach employees, and establish the operation of the software ECR in your business.

Torgsoft software, including the software ECR, is a tool for recording payment transactions that operates on the user's devices and offers flexible settings. According to clause 11.2 of the License Agreement, the software is provided "as is," and Torgsoft does not guarantee its compliance with user expectations, equivalents, or standards not specified in the official specification. Since there are more than 25 types of fiscal receipts in Ukraine depending on the industry and payment methods, it is recommended to obtain official clarifications from tax authorities regarding receipt compliance with legal requirements before using the software ECR.
