Updating the "Banking Terminal and Payment Integrations" module in Torgsoft | Review 2022.0.60

In the Torgsoft 2022.0.60 update, we added a groundbreaking feature — integration with OschadPAY. You can now accept contactless card payments using a regular NFC-enabled smartphone, without purchasing a physical POS terminal. In version 2022.0.60, we focused on expanding your capabilities for accepting cashless payments. The update of the «Bank Terminal and Payment Integrations» module adds support for new payment solutions and improves the stability of existing tools.

What’s new?

We added support for three new payment solutions to make your choice of equipment even wider and more convenient:

1. OschadPAY by Oschadbank. The key new feature that allows you to use your smartphone as a full-fledged terminal for accepting contactless payments.
2. Ingenico (Raiffeisen Bank). Support for this popular terminal has been added. During setup, the modern BPOS protocol is installed automatically, eliminating manual configuration errors and ensuring stable acquiring operations. This means minimal setup time and confidence that every payment will be processed without issues.
3. Verifone X990. A new SSI_JSON protocol has been implemented for these terminals. It works more reliably than older integration libraries and ensures a stable connection with the bank. This allows you to launch the terminal faster without involving technical specialists.

While adding new capabilities, we also focus on reliability and a clean software environment. Therefore, this update is not only about new integrations, but also about optimization and improving the stability of your daily operations.

What has been improved and fixed?

We aim to make working with the software not only functional but also comfortable, so we paid attention to important details:

• Removed unnecessary items. Arcus and UPOS protocols have been removed from the list of available protocols. These protocols are supported exclusively by banks of the aggressor country and are not used in Ukraine.
• Payment error fixed. An issue was resolved where an extra parameter input window could appear during VISA card payments using the SimPays/InpasEcrCom protocol. Now the payment process is faster and requires no unnecessary steps.

This update makes cashless payments in Torgsoft even more flexible, stable, and modern. You now have more freedom in choosing equipment, spend less time on setup, and get a system you can rely on.
