We report: everyone is alive

During the first days of the war, Stas, an order manager living near Kharkov airport, worked and helped desperately under shelling and bombing. Stas, there are no words! A big bow to you!

The bookkeeper Anya, without electricity and in the basement on the leftovers on her smartphone, was directing how to spend the employees' salaries.

One of the employees was working even when a shell hit the house next door.

Vyacheslav, the head of tech support, with a fever under regular air-raid sirens, found the strength and ability to work and serve customers.

There are a lot of stories like that.

We work as usual, 7 days a week. Most are relatively safe, with 80% of the specialists already working.

The pandemic has taught us to work remotely, so the information infrastructure is maintained. Programmers are preparing an update.

Projects

1. We removed the Russian-language version of the sites, we will clean everything about Russia from the program.
2. Our dear clients have translated Torgsoft in Romanian language. From version 2022.0.9 we will be able to use Torgsoft accounting software in Romanian.
3. Torgsoft is a Ukrainian accounting program, included to the official list of recommendations, as an alternative to 1c and other software from Russia. Therefore, if you use the Russian program, go to the Ukrainian product!
4. Torgsoft supports volunteer and humanitarian movement: we provide free licenses and automate those who work wonders for our army.
5. Torgsoft donates funds to the AFU, like all conscientious Ukrainians who have the opportunity to do so. Among the employees and dealers there are those who defend the country with weapons in their hands, there is a strong cyber-community and members of the terrorist defense.
6. Torgsoft fulfills its obligations to its employees and partners, continues to pay salaries, supports those who are not able to work now.

What is relevant right now?

Most often we are asked about synchronization with the online store, because many have the product, but there is no opportunity to sell in the store or sit and wait for customers. Entrepreneurs look for customers on their own.

Also in times of total terror, work is the best distraction, so many are starting to move their stores online: the work is a chore, but it occupies the brain 110%.

There is buying activity in the west of the country, because it is relatively quiet and a lot of migrants have arrived, who need to meet basic household needs: food, cups, towels, clothing. Of course, inexpensive goods are in demand, as people do not intend to take everything home with them after our victory.

The demand is for stores that can adapt, repurpose and bring goods to customers' order.

Entrepreneurs complain about currency fluctuations, because suppliers usually fix the exchange rate on the day of the order. Therefore, mass revaluation of goods is relevant now, because the balance is often cheaper than the goods in purchase.

What next?

Ukraine will win this war. We will come back and begin to rebuild: from the house on our street to the country's economy together with you, dear businessmen.
