Torgsoft 2022.0.45 update: new fiscal check templates and setup instructions

Torgsoft released the update 2022.0.45, which includes changes to the content of the fiscal receipt for software ECR, according to Ministry of Finance Order No. 601 of 22.11.2024 and 11.12.2024 No. 632.
What should be included in the new type of fiscal receipts?
According to Regulation No. 13, a fiscal receipt must contain mandatory details. If even one of these details is missing, the tax authority will not accept the receipt as a valid transaction.
The following changes have been implemented in the new fiscal receipts:
Simplified product names
It is now allowed to use simplified product names according to DK 016:2010 (for example, short names or codes), if permitted by law. If your Torgsoft already has full product names, there is no need to change them, but short names can be used if necessary.
Errors in product names
Minor errors in the product name no longer invalidate the receipt, as long as the transaction is correctly displayed. If you accidentally make a spelling mistake in the product name, it will not be an issue.
Electronic receipt format
The receipt does not need to be printed – it can be generated electronically. If you were printing receipts before, you can continue doing so or send an electronic receipt to the customer. This is implemented in Torgsoft.
Fiscal numbers for software ECR
If you are using software ECR, the fiscal server assigns the document's fiscal number according to its own algorithm. This change is internal and automated – no action is required from you.
Excise goods (alcohol, tobacco)
If you sell alcohol or tobacco products, additional parameters now need to be included in the receipt:
For alcohol: alcohol content and bottle volume.
For tobacco: weight and number of units in a pack.
This is implemented in Torgsoft.
If you do not sell excise goods, this will not affect your receipts.
New QR-code format
The receipt will contain a QR-code in a new format. These internal changes ensure the convenience of receipt verification by the customer or tax authority. Torgsoft has implemented these changes: in the QR-code link for offline software ECR receipts, a mac field has been added for anti-counterfeiting protection.
Customer passport details
This requirement applies only to duty-free shops and sales of excise goods with refunds. If you have a regular retail store and no duty-free transactions, you will not need this.
Payment methods on the receipt
If the customer pays for the product using several different methods (cash, card, certificate, etc.), each payment method will appear as a separate line on the receipt.
What has changed in Torgsoft fiscal receipts?
The new fiscal receipt format has already been implemented in Torgsoft. Specifically, in version 2022.0.45, the following changes have been added:
✅ Receipt security: now, when paying via a bank terminal, a unique MerchantID will be transmitted in the software ECR to identify the business that received the payment.
✅ A special digital signature (mac) will appear in the QR code of offline receipts, preventing receipt forgery. Now, entrepreneurs can confidently accept payments, and customers can verify the authenticity of receipts.
✅ The text before the fiscal number on receipts has been changed to “RECEIPT No.”, so all documents have a uniform format.
✅ Correct rounding for cash payments: in line 25 of the receipt, the cash amount, change, and currency will now be clearly displayed, making it easier for cashiers to count the money.
✅ Simplified classification of cashless payments: the payment method “Bank card” is now grouped under the general category “Cashless,” but the receipt still indicates whether the payment was made by bank card or transfer to an account.
✅ Refinement of return receipt content: when return receipts are sent to the software ECR server, the date and fiscal registrar number from which the return is made will be indicated. This information can be viewed through the link in the return QR code. This simplifies tax audits and the work of cashiers and sellers.


How to set up new fiscal receipt print templates in Torgsoft?
If you are using the software ECR, to ensure full compliance with the Ministry of Finance Order No. 601 of 22.11.2024 and No. 632 of 11.12.2024, you need to do the following:
- Ensure that the bank terminal is connected to the Torgsoft program (mandatory payment information from the terminal will be transmitted in the fiscal receipt).
- Update the program to the latest version. To do this, log in as the Owner and go to the “Help” menu — “Check for Updates.”

Follow the prompts in the program to update it to the latest version.
Receipt templates
If your software ECR receipts do not include the rounding block (ROUNDOFF) or you are unsure whether it is there, go to “Settings” — “Print template settings,” and if a template for a sale or return receipt is selected, replace it with the equivalent template from the dropdown list, which has the date 1.03.2025 in the title.

Torgsoft Hybrid synchronization
If you are using Torgsoft Hybrid, make sure to perform data synchronization before the update and verify that all packages have been transmitted. After that, you can proceed with the update.
Log out of remote users
All remote users must log out of the program before the update begins.
Launch the program on the server
On the main computer (server) where the program catalog is located, you need to launch Torgsoft under the “Owner” role. This operation must be performed from an account that belongs to the “Administrators” group of the operating system.
Backup the database
Before starting the update, create a backup of the database.
