Why is it necessary to ref lash the fiscal cash register?

Changes have been made by orders of the Ministry of Finance № 306 of 18.06.2020 and № 329 of 18.06.2021 to the "Regulation on the form and content of settlement documents".

The following must be shown on ECR receipts:

• name of the business entity,
• rounding of the payment amount,
• indication of the transaction currency,
• name of the payment system.

In Torgsoft, for the software ECR, these requirements are implemented as follows:

• The name of the business entity is the "Seller's name" field on the "Software ECR" editing form. By default, this field is included in the fiscal receipt template for the software ECR.
• Rounding of the amount is configured in the Torgsoft program, so separate processing for the software ECR is not required.
• The API for the software ECR does not accept the "currency" value, but the currency can be displayed on the fiscal receipt as text by configuring the receipt template.
• The payment system is the 15th or 16th line on the fiscal receipt for the software ECR. According to the fiscal service requirement, lines 10-17 are filled in if the customer pays for the goods by bank card through a bank terminal connected or combined with the settlement transaction recorder.
