ECR, excitement and technical support

Getting through to Torgsoft right now is extremely difficult. This is an unpleasant situation for both sides: entrepreneurs have to wait, and automation specialists spend 12-15 hours a day on the phone, in constant contact with people.

We are working at the limit of our capabilities, so we ask you to treat the specialists with loyalty and understanding – these invaluable employees want to help you and are not the cause of the hype around ECR.
We are doing our job – helping to automate trade and install ECR, but unfortunately, we cannot clone ourselves.

What needs to be done to install ECR with the help of technical support?

Be patient and show loyalty. If you have applied for technical support — you will be contacted, but not immediately. The queue for technical support is full until February 14.

But everything that technical support does, you can do yourself.

If you don't have the software or ECR

You can start working independently and for free. Download the demo version, activate the program and the option for 30 days.

If you have the software but no ECR

The license can be activated by those who have version 2020.0.15 and above. If you have an earlier version, update the program sequentially, following the instructions. Before making any changes, create a database archive.

Activate and work with ECR for free. Go to the Settings menu – List of additional options – Select software ECR and click "Activate for 30 days".
