Torgsoft Ecosystem Update: Licensing Terms, Support, and New Year Offer

We regularly update Torgsoft products to ensure they remain stable, secure, and compliant with current legal and business requirements. In this regard, we inform you about changes to licensing terms, technical support formats, and the launch of the annual New Year promotion.

Changes in license and option pricing starting December 15

From December 15, a planned price adjustment for Torgsoft licenses and additional options will take effect.
This update is necessary to maintain product quality, regular updates, and stable service operation.

Important: the changes do not apply to options sold under an annual payment model. The prices for the following services remain unchanged:

• Mass SMS and e-mail distribution

• Bank account statements

• Data security: cloud archive

• Bank terminal connection

• Nova Poshta integration

• Excise tax declaration

• Visitor tracking

• Integrations with Prom.ua, Rozetka.ua, Satu.kz, Ukrposhta

• Software-based cash register (Software RRO)

Software RRO — transition to an annual model

The “Software RRO” option is now available exclusively with a 1-year payment.

This format allows us to:

• maintain compliance with current legislation;

• timely update receipt formats and integration with tax authorities;

• ensure stable service operation throughout the year.

New technical support format — Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA)

We are launching a new product line — the Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA).

SMA is a prepaid Torgsoft technical support package that provides access to specialists at the moment when assistance is urgently needed:

• consultations;

• configuration;

• system recovery;

• accounting support.

The number of requests is not limited. The only limitation is the total support time within the selected package. The limits are based on our statistics and cover typical tasks with a reserve.

The one-time request (ticket) system will remain available for some time, but in the long term, SMA will become the primary support format.

Torgsoft Online Market: flexible subscription period

The Torgsoft Online Market service can now be purchased for any period from 1 to 12 months.

This simplifies the launch of online sales and allows you to:

• start without significant upfront investments;

• test new directions or seasonal models;

• scale your business gradually.

New Year Promotion 2025–2026

From December 15, 2025 to January 12, 2026, the annual Torgsoft New Year promotion is in effect.

The discount amount depends on the order total:

• –10% — up to 12,500 UAH

• –15% — from 12,500 to 25,000 UAH

• –20% — from 25,000 to 50,000 UAH

• –25% — over 50,000 UAH

The promotion provides more time for planning and allows you to update or expand your automation system on favorable terms.
