In the new version 2022.0.60, we focused on tools that speed up accounting, simplify calculations, and make analytics even deeper.

Faster warehouse and product management

• Mass repricing of slow-moving items. With the multi-row add feature, you can select all non-liquid products directly in the “Slow-moving inventory analysis” window and add them to a repricing document by setting a new price. This significantly speeds up and simplifies working with items that require markdowns.

• Sorting in purchase invoices. The price entry window of the purchase invoice now allows sorting products by any column. This simplifies working with large invoices and speeds up price reconciliation with supplier documents.

• Advanced inventory turnover analytics. Reports “Inventory Turnover”, “Cost-based turnover statement”, and “Quantity-based turnover statement” now allow adding columns with dynamic product attributes. In addition, the program remembers column and sorting settings in the “Inventory Turnover” report, which significantly speeds up repeated work with data and makes analysis more convenient.

And when the warehouse is fully under control, it’s time to optimize sales and settlements.

Flexible settlements and modern payments

• Support for new payment solutions. Offer customers more payment options and speed up service thanks to expanded support for payment solutions: OschadPAY for contactless smartphone payments, as well as new Verifone X990 and Ingenico terminals (Raiffeisen Bank).

• Stable operation with software ECR. Two important improvements have been implemented: adjustment of offline receipts, which allows quick error correction and restoration of software ECR operation in online mode after failures, and clear messages — if the tax authority closes the software ECR, the program now shows an appropriate message instead of a technical error. This provides more control and stability when working with the software cash register.

• Automatic cash rounding. Settings have been added for automatic rounding of the cash part of a receipt to 10 or 50 kopecks, making it easy to comply with legal requirements.

Important: this function works for software ECRs as well as Datecs fiscal registrars (via the Atlas driver) and Exellio (not Artsoft). For Artsoft registrars, rounding is performed on the device side, and program settings do not affect it.

Accurate calculations are the basis for high-quality analytics, which we have also improved.

Improved analytics and reports

• Detailed returns in the daily report. In the consolidated daily report, cash and cashless returns are now shown separately. This provides more detailed financial control and convenient analysis of operations.

• Data export for marketing. It is now possible to export customer lists from the “Bulk messaging” form to Excel, as well as reports on completed campaigns. This significantly simplifies further data processing to analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Improved system stability

In this version, we paid significant attention to improving system reliability. A bug in the “Quantitative sales analysis” report has been fixed, and it now always shows correct data on best-selling products. In addition, we implemented an intelligent mechanism to handle locking conflicts during intensive workloads: the system now automatically retries operations several times before displaying an error. This means fewer interruptions during peak loads and confidence that your operations will be completed successfully on the first attempt.
