1. Scheduled tasks

Automatic execution of actions such as cost calculation, database backup, or updating tracking numbers — all this can be configured once. Tasks run at the specified time without user intervention.

How to set up:

1. Go to Settings → Scheduled Tasks.

2. Click Add.

3. Select the task type, for example, "Cost calculation".

4. Specify the start time and frequency (e.g., daily).

5. Activate the task by switching on "Task is active".

2. Mass mailing to customers

Torgsoft integrates with messaging services for customers.

SMS, email, bonus and promo notifications, birthday greetings, order statuses — are sent using templates that can be created directly in the program. Customer databases can also be formed in Torgsoft. No need to export contact data to external services.

How to set up:

1. Activate the paid feature "Mass mailing via Viber, SMS, and email".

2. Go to Marketing → Mass mailing.

3. Create a message template.

4. Select customers, click "Create mass mailing".

5. Choose the delivery method (SMS, Email, Viber).

3. Fast inventory using a PDT

Inventory — one of the least favorite procedures in retail. But Torgsoft supports inventory via a mobile app or barcode scanner, which significantly speeds up the process.

Additionally, inventory can be done using data collection terminals (e.g., Cipherlab or LECOM). These devices greatly speed up inventory in the warehouse or outside the store when scanning products on shelves or bulky goods.

4. Collective staff notifications

This feature allows sending messages to all employees in the program — with the ability to track whether the message was read. It's a great way to convey important information or work regulations in a retail chain or company.

How to set up:

1. Go to Settings → Parameters → Retail network and enable the "Collective notifications" option.

2. Restart the program.

3. Create a new message via Settings → Collective notifications → Add.

4. Fill in the subject, message text, and type.

5. Mass price updates

Instead of manually changing prices for hundreds of items, use the mass price change feature. You can set rules: change all prices by a percentage, or update only for a specific supplier or category. In a few minutes, your entire price list will be updated.

How to set up:

1. Go to Inventory → Inventory status.

2. Click Filters to select product groups by supplier, manufacturer, product type, etc.

3. Select the desired product.

4. Click Product sales terms → Change selling price.

5. In the Change price settings window, choose the action: increase, decrease, or set a specific price; select the price type: retail or wholesale.

6. Click Change price to save.

6. Product bundling

When selling bundles, the system automatically checks stock of all components and can even assemble the bundle at the time of sale. This saves time preparing the product for sale.

How it works:

• In Document → Bundling mode, create a template consisting of multiple items. This mode allows you to predefine any product composed of typical configurations.

• You can configure bundles directly in the product card, which opens automatically when creating bundles.

• During a sale, Torgsoft automatically checks availability and deducts bundled items from inventory.

7. Bonus accrual and expiration notifications

Torgsoft allows configuring flexible discount programs based on customer type, purchase volume, etc. You can set bonus expiration terms in the system — e.g., a set number of days after purchase. After that, unused bonuses are automatically voided without staff intervention.

Equally important is timely customer notification about bonus accrual or expiration. With automatic SMS and email mailing, messages can be sent right after bonus accrual or, for example, 5 days before expiration.

This is configured after purchasing the paid option "Mass mailing Viber, SMS, and email".

How to set up:

1. Enable in Settings → Mass SMS and email mailing.

2. Go to the "Discount card type" tab.

3. Create a message template and set conditions: send schedule, message text, bonus validity, etc.

8. Automatic accounting report generation

For many entrepreneurs, tax reports are a headache. Torgsoft can automatically generate reports on income, expenses, tax burden, etc., and even export in formats accepted by popular accounting software (e.g., M.E.Doc or Art-Zvit).

9. Supplier order and sales notifications

Forgot to reorder a popular item? With Torgsoft, that's a thing of the past. The system can automatically create restock reminders when inventory drops below the minimum. No need to manually monitor stock — you define threshold values, and the program notifies you when it's time to replenish.

Another feature, "Notify suppliers about sales", automatically informs suppliers when their products are sold. This is especially useful when working with consignors and ensures transparency in settlements.

How to set up:

1. Activate the feature in Settings → Parameters → Additional functions.

2. Enable "Send message to consignor upon product sale".

3. Select or create a message template.

10. Automatic Nova Poshta TTN status updates

Torgsoft can automatically update TTN statuses for Nova Poshta orders. This ensures timely customer notification about shipping and delivery statuses.

How to set up?

1. Go to Settings → Scheduled tasks.

2. Open the Mass TTN status updates tab.

3. Create a new task. Click Add.

4. Fill in the task settings window:

• Postal service type: select Nova Poshta.

• Start time: set preferred auto-update time.

• Execution type: daily.

• Task is active: set to Yes.
