- Then in Warehouse → Warehouse status → Print → Print price list with photo, the price needs to be adjusted, because if you leave small images of photos, they will be small and of appropriate quality on Instagram.
- Check the report and export it to HTML.
- Give the buyer this file and the folder attached to it, where the photos of our HTML page are stored.
- The buyer, opening the HTML file through the browser, can do anything with the photos.

Personal price list
To create an individual price list, use the Document → Customer price list menu, where you can create and print a wholesale or retail price list for a specific customer. In the future, the sale of goods will be carried out at prices that are set in this menu item, without taking into account the prices in the warehouse.
Drop-shipping: how to import supplier price lists and is it worth it?
If you work as a dropshipper - a company that supplies goods, then for the convenience of your customers, export price lists from TradeSoft in Excel format.
Similarly, the seller, the owner of the store, can import a properly configured excel file with the entire nomenclature of the supplier and actually work with an identical base - there will be the same product names, barcodes, articles, purchase prices. You can post the goods in zero quantity.
It is worth noting that importing price lists is a technical, time-consuming work. But if you learn how to import the nomenclature correctly, it will significantly speed up the work with the warehouse, the arrival of goods and the order of goods to the supplier.
