Features of the "Warehouse Accounting" Section
Warehouse accounting is a system for controlling and recording material resources in a warehouse, carried out by responsible personnel using warehouse accounting books. It includes regulatory frameworks, material responsibility, organization of premises, and inventory accounting. The goal is effective control and ensuring the availability of necessary materials and goods.
Warehouse Status
A complete list of goods recorded in the warehouse. Filters for goods: out of stock, weighted goods, discounted items, with photos, fiscal and non-fiscal goods, price-reduced, and others. Product bundling and unbundling, adding items to the inventory sheet.
Warehouse by Product Types
A list of goods in the warehouse linked to a product type tree. View available goods with photos, including product name, barcode, article number, quantity, retail price, discount percentage, discounted price, wholesale price, warehouse, retail price equivalent, wholesale price equivalent, and currency.
Warehouse by Models
List and analysis of product models in the warehouse. Printing labels for goods. Viewing warehouse status by models: product type, manufacturer’s collection, description, color, material, article number, season, unit of measure, gender, dimension, release date, and photo. Model definition does not include size. Recalculation of costs by models. Changing the sale price.
Product Movement
Tracking product movement with filters by period and accounting centers. Warehouse product accounting card showing all product movements in the current accounting center: date, number, type of document containing the product, sender or receiver, income, expenditure, and remaining quantity of goods.
Reverse Statement by Quantity
Analysis and printing of product balances for a specific date, including product name, article number, barcode, as well as opening balance, income, customer returns, income from transfers, expenditure from sales, expenditure from transfers, write-offs, supplier returns, closing balance, and changes in quantity and cost.
Reverse Statement by Cost
Analysis and printing of product cost for a specific date, including product name, article number, barcode, as well as opening balance, income, customer returns, income from transfers, expenditure from sales, expenditure from transfers, write-offs, supplier returns, closing balance, and changes in quantity and cost.
Inventory Turnover
Analysis of product quantity and cost on a specific date, including product name, article number, barcode, and data similar to the reverse statement.
List of Receipts
View and delete incoming invoices: receipts, customer returns, transfers. Print labels for goods by checked quantity, invoice quantity, or individually.
List of Expenditures
View and delete outgoing invoices: sales, write-offs, defect returns, transfers. Restrict product returns.
Product Value over a Period
Product values over a period with the ability to print documents. Filters by document type: receipt, sales, return, internal transfer, write-off, supplier return, defect return.
Receipt Register
List of all receipts distributed across points, payment control for invoices. The register displays supplier, recipient, currency, enterprise, and payment status: unpaid, partially paid, or paid.
Warehouse Document Journal
List of all warehouse documents: receipts, sales, returns, internal transfers, write-offs, supplier returns, defect returns. Document details include date, number, sender, recipient, total amounts, product type, discount percentage, form, enterprise, cost, editor, and comments.
Price Change History
Record of retail price changes over a period with the ability to cancel changes and print labels.
Retail Price Calculation
Recalculation of retail and wholesale prices based on exchange rates or markups. Calculation methods include base or equivalent price, today’s or nearest exchange rate, instant price change, or through revaluation.
Goods in Transit
Shows invoices and goods in transit after internal transfers. Verify and approve invoices.
Warehouse Status F1
Accounting for fiscal and non-fiscal goods in the warehouse to monitor fiscal goods inventory.
Warranty Accounting
Tracking goods eligible for warranty repair or return based on serial numbers.
Stock Availability in Retail Network
View product quantities in all stores of the retail network. Print inventory reports.
Internet Store Synchronization

Accounting for sales items canceled by the seller. Reports include details of who, when, and from which accounting center canceled sales over a period.
Equipment
Accounting for equipment and tools used in the enterprise: asset name, inventory number, current value, accounting center, location, and responsible employee.
Price Adjustment by Markup
Quick and convenient adjustment of retail and wholesale prices for one item, a group of items, or all items.
Currency Price List
Wholesale-retail price list: view prices by accounting centers, currencies, and regions. Set wholesale and retail prices for goods and save reports for clients.
Regional Price List
