Printing barcodes using the label print buffer: what is it and why do you need it?

Torgsoft is a program for printing price tags. If you print barcodes on a regular office printer, then the option of a label printing buffer will help you save time and A4 or A5 self-adhesive label paper.

This is a function of accumulating labels that can be prepared and printed on a regular printer.

How do I print price tags on A4?

1. Select the products. In the warehouse modes, such as "Warehouse status" or "Goods arrival", select which labels you want to print.
2. Send the labels to the buffer using the menu Print → Print labels for items by the piece → To buffer.
3. Select the number of labels to print in the Merchandising menu → Label printing buffer. You can change the number of labels for individual products or set the same number for a group of products.
4. Print labels. Select a print scenario - individual labels, all labels in the buffer, or printing with the optimal number of labels per sheet.

Templates for printing labels in Torgsoft

Stationery stores have many sizes of A4 labels.
In the Torgsoft program, you can choose and customize printing for any template. Of the customized templates in Torgsoft, almost all of those sold in stationery stores are available:

The label printing buffer will be useful for warehouse workers and merchandisers. It allows you to quickly and economically print labels on a regular printer when a new product arrives, the price changes, you don't have a special label printer at hand, or you need labels of non-standard sizes.
