Why do I need an icon guide?

This feature allows you to add images to product types and then print labels with the corresponding icon. This feature is useful for those who work in a store or warehouse, for example, those who organize goods or prepare them for sale. It makes it easier to find out which product is where. For example, in a toy store, you can quickly see where the dolls are and where the cars are by looking at the icons on the labels.

How do I use the icon guide?

1. Upload an icon. Go to the menu Commodity management → Icon directory and add a new icon.
2. Assigning an icon to a product category. In the Commodity management → Product type menu, select the required product type and add an icon.
3. Print labels with icons. Customize the label printing template according to the instructions and you can print labels with the image of the product type.

This mode will be useful for warehouse managers, merchandisers, as well as retail and online store employees. It will help you quickly identify products using visual labels, efficiently manage inventory, and speed up product search: you don't need to read what's on the label on the box - you can visually see what type of product, for example, skirts or sneakers.
