Why do I need the goods supply directory in the Torgsoft program?

The goods delivery directory is a key tool in the Torgsoft program designed to create and manage batches of goods deliveries. This mode allows users to effectively combine different incoming invoices into one batch, optimizing profitability analysis and warehouse inventory control.

How do I use the goods supply guide mode?

The process of using the goods delivery directory includes the creation of a delivery batch when accepting goods to the warehouse. To create a new batch, you need to:

1. Go to the section "Commodity management → Goods delivery list → Add".
2. Specify the details of the batch: delivery date, name, manufacturer, comment.
3. Link incoming invoices to the created batch.

Also, you can set the batch status as active or deleted, transfer invoices between batches, filter invoices in the "Analysis of the profitability of the invoice".

What is a delivery batch?

Delivery batches are an organizational tool in Torgsoft that allows you to group incoming invoices related to the same source of supply or one delivery of goods.

For example, you have stock in your warehouse and you transfer this product to stores through internal movement. This way, you can track how the goods were sold not only for each individual invoice, but also combine these invoices into one delivery batch to see all invoices at once across the entire network.

Purpose of delivery batches:

1. Control of warehouse stocks. Batches allow you to more accurately track goods in the warehouse, especially when moving goods between warehouses internally.
2. Financial management. An important tool for analyzing the profitability of each batch, controlling the costs and revenues of each delivery.
3. Sales analytics. Delivery batches allow for a deeper analysis of sales across the entire network, including internal transfers of goods.
