Purpose of the mode "Packing of weighed goods and barcode labeling"

This mode automates the process of packing weighted goods and applying an individual barcode to them. This is necessary to accurately determine the weight, price per unit of weight, and total cost of the package at the checkout without the need to manually enter this data. Barcode labels printed on the scales greatly simplify and speed up the process of selling weighted goods, providing fast and accurate customer service.

How to use the "Packing of weighed goods" mode

1. Setting up the scales. First, you need to select and configure the scales that will be used for packing the goods. To do this, the program specifies the model of the scale, its IP address or COM port (if necessary), as well as other specific parameters, such as the security code for certain models.
2. Customizing the product. After that, the program generates a list of goods to be packed. For each product, the name, expiration date, tare weight (if necessary), and other important characteristics are indicated.
3. Printing labels. After packing the goods, the scales print a label with all the necessary information and a barcode that will be read at the checkout to determine the price.
