Accounting for complex components of services

In the "Full list of goods and services" mode, you can account for complex services.

What is the accounting of complex services?

This mode allows you to keep track of complex service packages that include both services and goods. For example, in the case of a printer cartridge refill service, toner may be included.

How do I create a complex service?

To use this mode, you need to create a service in the Torgsoft program → Commodity management → Full list of goods and services → Services → Add a new service → Composition. Add to the service the goods that will be used to provide it.

When selling such a service, the system will automatically take into account the goods that are part of it and write them off from the warehouse.

To use this mode, you first create a service, for example, "Cartridge refill". After that, through the "Warehouse" button, the necessary goods (in our example, toner) are added to the service. This turns the service into a kit, and when the service is added to the sale, the entire warehouse is automatically added and the corresponding number of goods is written off.

This mode will be especially useful for businesses that provide services that include goods. For example, stationery stores can include paper in the "Print on a copier" service, and delivery services can add disposable cutlery to their services.
This approach allows for accurate cost and inventory accounting, increasing the efficiency of resource management.
