Reprint the label
30.12.2023 15:43How can I reprint a label quickly?
The main purpose of the Reprint Label mode is to quickly create new labels or reprint existing ones without unnecessary actions, clicks, and searches.

How to use the mode?
- Go to Torgsoft → Commodity management → the menu item "Reprint label".
- Scan the barcode: place the product barcode in front of the scanner for automatic reading. If you don't have a scanner, enter the barcode, product name, or article number manually
- Select a print template that is suitable for your label printer and meets your label design and information requirements.
- Print mode: Choose whether you want the label to be printed immediately on the printer (the Print to Printer option) or displayed for preview.
- Number of copies: Choose whether to print one label or a quantity according to the product's stock availability.
Additional options:
Activate the "Stop scanning if item is not found" option to have the program warn you if the scanned item is out of stock.
If necessary, use the "Add to label print buffer" option to accumulate price tags before printing them.
How to use the mode in practice
If you are posting goods that are intensively sold and the data about them is already in the Torgsoft database, then you can quickly print the required number of barcodes for the incoming batch and transfer the goods to sellers for labeling and shelving. And after that, you can easily post the goods.
