This mode in the Torgsoft program is designed to create and manage a directory of manufacturers, brands, and collections of manufacturers. Its main function is to help in organizing and managing information about the goods sold, with a special emphasis on their origin and brands.

To use this mode, users should open the corresponding section in the program. Then you can add information about manufacturers, brands, and collections using the "Add current" and "Add subordinate" functions. The structure of the directory is tree-like, which allows you to organize information hierarchically. For example, at the top level, there can be a country of origin, and at lower levels, specific companies and their products.

This mode will be useful for store managers, purchasing and sales managers, as well as any other persons involved in organizing and analyzing the range of goods. It allows you to accurately track which products are supplied by different manufacturers and determine how this affects the assortment and sales strategy.

For example, if a store sells different brands of laundry detergents, this mode will allow you to easily categorize these products by country of origin and brand, simplifying the process of inventory management and procurement planning.
