Is there a monthly fee? ▼
There are no mandatory monthly payments for local versions ("Start", "Ultra") and the Terminal version — no. You buy a license once. A subscription fee exists only for the cloud solution ("Torgsoft-Online") or additional services (PRRO, server rental). Updates are provided free of charge.
Can I work in the program remotely (from home / another city)? ▼
Yes, there is a Terminal license for this, which is installed on a server (yours or rented from Torgsoft). You can also use the "Torgsoft-Online" service (a ready-made cloud solution with monthly payment). Remote work is not предусмотрена for the "Start" version, but if you connect Torgsoft-Online, work is possible for 1 working computer.
Does the program work on macOS (MacBook)? ▼
Torgsoft is a Windows program. On macOS, you can work via Remote Desktop (RDP) by connecting to a server or the cloud. Direct installation on macOS is not possible.
Can I transfer the product and customer database from 1C or Excel? ▼
Yes, the program provides the ability to import the nomenclature of goods (names, prices, barcodes) and the customer database from Excel files (.xls, .xlsx). Full migration of the entire sales history and settings from 1C is not possible; only directories and balances are transferred.
How do I sync the program with an online store (Prom, OpenCart)? ▼
Synchronization is possible with any website engine that supports file exchange in .csv (Excel) format. For this, an additional option is purchased: «Online store synchronization». The program does not use ready-made plugins; exchange happens via files.
How much does PRRO connection cost? ▼
The "Software RRO" option is purchased separately. The payment model for new customers is a one-year subscription. The option is tied to a workstation, but in the program itself you can configure the work of several sole proprietors.
Is your technical support paid? ▼
When purchasing a license, the client is granted a package of free technical support (usually 2 hours) for initial setup and training, valid for 30 days. After that, technical support is paid: you can purchase paid monthly packages or sign a yearly service agreement.
Can I manage several sole proprietors in one database? ▼
Yes, in versions with extended functionality ("Ultra") or “Terminal” you can set up the distribution of goods between sole proprietors and automatic printing of receipts for the required entrepreneur. The "Start" version supports only one sole proprietor.
Do I need the internet to work? ▼
For the local version, the internet is needed only to send data to the tax service (PRRO), operate the bank terminal, and mail. If the internet disappears — sales won’t stop; the program will accumulate data and send it when the connection is restored.
Can I try the program before buying? ▼
