Bank statements for accounts

Do you need to control financial operations daily but don’t want to grant employees access to your bank accounts? Manual data transfer is slow and prone to errors?

Bank statements for accounts are an additional feature that allows you to upload payment statements to the Torgsoft program from Privat24 for Business, Monobank, and Ukrsibbank. 

Features of the «Bank statements by accounts» option

• Simplified payment processing

Statements and financial operations are processed directly in Torgsoft, eliminating the need to switch between systems.

• Creation of financial documents

Based on transactions, you can automatically generate financial documents such as payment orders for expenses or documents for unrecognized payments.

• Automation of unrecognized payments processing

Statements containing unidentified receipts are added to the «Unrecognized payments» section. The user can identify and link the payment to a client’s account.

• Payment security

The business owner doesn’t need to share banking access with employees. The system allows you to configure access levels: incoming payments only, expenses only, or full access to all transactions.

• Speed

Data synchronization and document generation take minimal time, allowing staff to process payments quickly.

• Convenient search and analysis

All transactions are sorted by period, type (income or expense), and other parameters. You can search and view transaction details: date, amount, currency, card or account number, sender and recipient details, and bank comments.

All information is displayed in a structured form: incomes and expenses are marked with icons for easy financial analysis.

• Creating payment orders

If Privat24 statements are configured in Torgsoft, they will automatically be sent to the PrivatBank account dashboard, and the account owner only needs to confirm the payment (works only for the beta version of Torgsoft). 

When receiving statements with such a payment, it will automatically be processed in the program — no manual actions required. This is convenient as business owners do not need to provide employees with access to their online banking.

How to set up bank statements in Torgsoft?

1. Connecting bank accounts

For Privat24 for Business: create an AutoClient application that allows you to retrieve account statements.

For Monobank: use a token generated through the Monobank API personal account.

For Ukrsibbank: generate public and private RSA keys and provide them to the bank to obtain integration parameters: Client_ID and Client_secret.

2. Receiving statements (import into Torgsoft)

In Torgsoft, the user specifies a period, selects an account, and downloads a list of transactions.

3. Processing transactions

Incoming payments are automatically added to the list of unrecognized payments that can be linked to client accounts. Expenses are recorded in financial documents as outgoing transactions.

To configure the option, you need:

1. A Torgsoft-Ultra or Terminal license.

2. Additional option «Bank statements by accounts».

3. Add bank accounts in the menu “Bank account statement settings”.

4. Enter integration details (account number, token, client ID, Client_ID and Client_secret, and path to the private RSA key).

5. Assign employees who will have access to the statements and configure access levels.
