Torgsoft has a flexible access rights system. You can forbid managers from exporting data to Excel, restrict the visibility of other people's clients, or hide phone numbers. The employee will be able to work but will not be able to "leak" the base to competitors.
Can I transfer an existing client base from Excel? +
Yes, the program has an import function. If you kept records in Excel or Google Sheets, you can upload the list of clients with contacts into Torgsoft in a few minutes and start working with them immediately.
What happens to the data if I don't renew the subscription after a year? +
Your data will not disappear. The entire purchase history and client profiles are stored locally in your database. If you do not renew your subscription, you will only lose access to CRM functions (reminders, pop-ups, analytics), but the information itself will remain with you.
