How it works: on the form Marketing — Clients, client cards are created — a detailed dossier where personal data (birthday, family composition, interests), contacts, details, delivery address, social networks, discount cards, and available % discount are entered.

Communication History
The program automatically creates a chronology of events: records all calls (via Binotel) and communications in SMS/Viber (via TurboSMS), maintains deal stages, and saves the history of purchases and correspondence with clients.

How it works: shipping data is filled in automatically from the client card, and goods can be transferred for shipment directly from the program.
Sales accounting and analysis
Without data analysis, work with clients turns into an archive, not a management system. Torgsoft stores the necessary information about purchases and analyzes purchasing activity.
How it works: analyze buyers by various filters (number of purchases, seasonality, type of product, region, discount cards). The menu «Analysis of buyer activity» will show revenue for a specific user or all clients, the sum of the customer's last receipt, the date of the last contact, and LTV (customer lifetime value).
