
How can visitors be helped to get the information that is important to them?
For this purpose, Torgsoft provides the additional option Customer display connection. It allows you to display on a special monitor the data that the customer should see: the product name, its price and discount, if any, as well as the total purchase amount. All you need is an additional screen.

This function allows information to be displayed on a regular monitor, which is significantly cheaper than specialized customer displays available on the market.
How to use this option?
After activating it, you need to enable the display of a separate window on each workstation individually. To do this, in an open sale, go to the menu item View — Form view settings and enable the parameter “Show customer display”.

After that, an additional window will appear, which can be placed on the second monitor of the computer. A second video card may be required to connect another monitor to the computer.
After adding a product to the sale, information about the customer, product name, quantity, price and sale amount is displayed on the additional monitor.

If necessary, the following information can be added: article number, barcode, discount percentage, discount type, bonuses accrued, bonuses used for payment.
If the customer’s discount card is scanned, information about the customer will appear on the additional screen.

After accepting payment from the customer, the current date and time are shown on the screen until a product is added to a new sale.
