
Torgsoft Hybrid — is an additional option for the Torgsoft software that allows you to sell goods even without an Internet connection or electricity. The system stores data on a local PC and synchronizes it with a remote server automatically after the connection is restored.

How does it work?

Torgsoft Hybrid — is an add-on to the client connection in the Terminal License, which ensures stable operation of the retail network and is independent of the Internet, as it constantly saves information and synchronizes sales data with the server once the Internet connection is restored.

To work with Hybrid, you need to use the Torgsoft Terminal license on a remote server.

Activate and install Torgsoft Hybrid on the seller’s computer (OS - Windows).

When the connection is lost, the program continues to operate locally.

Sales information accumulates and is sent to the server once the connection is restored.
Torgsoft Hybrid capabilities
Torgsoft Hybrid includes the essential minimum functions for working both with and without Internet access, and has a simple, clear interface for the owner and employees.
In online mode, the following are available:

Sales and returns of goods in cash and non-cash form with automatic receipt printing.

Sales and returns to named customers previously created in the Torgsoft program (excluding VIP clients).

Automatic bonus calculation at the time of sale for clients using the discount bonus system.

Operation with a software ECR or fiscal registrar for fiscalization of sales and returns (if the additional option «Connecting a software ECR» is available).
In one store location, Torgsoft and Torgsoft Hybrid must use different software ECRs with unique fiscal numbers.

Connecting a bank terminal for automatic transfer of the payment amount to the terminal (if the additional option «Connecting a bank terminal» is available).

Connecting electronic scales for weighing goods during the sale of weight-based items (if the additional option «Connecting electronic scales for weighing goods during sale» is available).

Setting up receipt print templates for sales and returns.

Viewing and searching goods in stock (product name, article, barcode, quantity, price, etc.).

Ability to register the start/end of employee work (if using the Salary Calculation module in Torgsoft).
- Automatic application of promotion conditions during sales if such promotions exist and are active in the Torgsoft program.
Unavailable in offline mode:

Sales of promotional goods.

Ability to search for an item by article number during a sale (adding it in the «Sale» form).

Processing of product returns.
Before starting an offline sale, at least one sale must be completed in online mode.

Additional options for Torgsoft Hybrid (version 1.10.7+):

Try Torgsoft Hybrid free for 30 days — make sure the solution is reliable without any risk to your business.
To activate and test the option for free, go to the program menu «Settings → List of additional options». Select «Torgsoft Hybrid» and click «Activate for 30 days».
After activation, the column will display the date until which the option will work. After purchasing the option, all previous settings are retained.
Note: if you have already activated this additional option for a free 30-day period before, you cannot activate it again for another 30 days.
