Minimum and maximum stock balance for each warehouse

This feature helps entrepreneurs easily manage stock levels at different warehouses and points of sale. It allows setting minimum and maximum stock levels for each product in each warehouse separately. This helps to avoid product shortages when stocks are too low and prevent overstocking when there is too much inventory.

Features:

• Minimum stock level: set for each product to timely replenish stock and avoid shortages.
• Maximum stock level: defines how much of a product can be stored in the warehouse to prevent overstocking.
• Automatic calculation: the software automatically calculates how much product to order based on sales data and supply frequency.
• Movement control: allows transferring products between warehouses to avoid shortages or excess at specific locations.
• Filters and alerts: the program alerts when stocks are too low or too high and helps with redistribution.

The feature automatically controls stock levels in warehouses. If the stock falls below the set minimum, the program alerts you to order more. This helps avoid situations where popular products run out of stock.

If there is too much stock exceeding the maximum limit, the system will also alert you. This helps prevent unnecessary storage costs for unsold items. The program can also automatically calculate how much stock to order, taking into account sales and delivery schedules.

The feature operates in several modes:

• Warehouse status: items that have reached the minimum stock level are flagged. The system also shows items in surplus.
• Supplier order generation: the program automatically calculates how much stock to order to maintain minimum levels.
• Stock redistribution: helps quickly transfer items between warehouses if one is low on stock and another has a surplus.
• Stock order: filters help quickly identify products that need to be ordered or transferred.

Setup instructions:

1. Go to the Settings → Parameters → Warehouse menu.
2. Activate the "Minimum stock level for each warehouse" option.
3. Specify the minimum and maximum stock levels in each product card.
4. For automatic stock calculation, enable the "Automatic stock calculation" feature.

System requirements:

• Torgsoft Ultra or Torgsoft Terminal license.
• Activated additional option "Minimum and maximum stock levels for each warehouse".
