An entrepreneur needs mobility: the ability to connect to the workplace from anywhere in the world, quick deployment and relocation of workplaces, access to information and work tools for trade management.
 
For a business owner, mobility means always staying in touch and being aware of the business, controlling it, and for employees — the ability to work anywhere with minimal equipment.
 
The additional option Torgsoft Mobile App — is an application for Android or IOS smartphones, a helper for the business owner in management and control, a tool for employees, and a mobile alternative to the workplace.

Features of the mobile application for business owners

The main thing for an entrepreneur — is to be aware of the store's situation, promptly make financial operations related to the business, control personnel, and analyze trade results:

  • Period analysis — allows you to assess gross income, product profit, expenses, the amount of accrued and paid wages (with the active option Salary Calculation) for the selected period across the entire trade network or in a specific store. The list of expenses included in the final amount can be viewed separately.
  • Sales results — the mode shows the trade results for the selected day in each store using reports and various groupings. A cash report with movement details is also available.
  • Financial operations — an app for financial accounting. It allows not only to view financial transactions for the selected day but also to enter income and expenditure transactions, ensuring accurate accounting and avoiding missed important expenses.
  • Finances — shows the state of cash registers and accounts, as well as summary data in each currency.
  • Employees (with the active option Salary Calculation) — a tool for personnel control. It shows a list of employees, time of arrival with a breakdown of work time registration: absent, present, late. Employees who arrived late can leave a comment — the reason for being late. If an employee replaced someone and came in for an unscheduled shift, the time of arrival, work completion time, and comment will be pulled from the journal. The program calculates the worked hours.
  • State of the trade network — shows how many goods are in stock, their cost, and price list value, the amount of discounts, and the expected profit from the sale of all goods.
  • Trade with invoice issuance — shows the results of the work of online store managers: how many commercial offers and invoices have been issued, how many delivery notes have been shipped, and the amounts paid for the invoices.
  • Unknown payments — if the owner accepts payments for invoices on their card, they can record this payment as unknown — without linking it to a customer or an invoice. The manager will see the payment information, link it to the correct invoice, and continue working with the order without disturbing the business owner.
  • Equipment accounting — a list of equipment, furniture, technology, and other assets used in the store, warehouse, or production. The mode allows you to add equipment, record its cost, assign it to an employee, and account for depreciation. The equipment value data impacts the business valuation.

Mobile workplace for a cashier and salesperson

The Torgsoft Mobile App can be used as an employee's workplace: it has the necessary functions required for product sales.

  • Arrival — scanning products with the smartphone camera allows adding products to the income document. This mode simplifies the acceptance of large goods, as the product does not need to be brought to the computer.
  • Product photography — allows you to quickly photograph new products or replace product images. The photo will be linked to the product, simplifying the work of the merchandiser and eliminating errors, as there is no need to manually link the photos.
  • Sale — includes the necessary functionality for product sales. Sales to named or unnamed customers, discounts and promotions accounting, sale control in the minus. Acceptance of cash and non-cash payments. Work with software ECR.
  • Size availability — shows the salesperson whether the required size is available in the stock or stores of the trade network. This mode will be useful for the merchandiser to understand which sizes are available and to manage orders.
  • Product check — when scanning a product, the mode shows the quantity of this product in the trade network, its price, and discount. This is convenient for product identification in case of a lost price tag. Product check — is a price checker in the smartphone.
  • Receiving and issuing orders — a mode for receiving customer pre-orders, entering prepayments. Reserving products in the selected stock. Partial and full order issuance. Payment by cash or non-cash means.
  • Product return — the mode finds the sale associated with the sold product, checks the return possibility, and takes into account the return period. Determines the amount to be refunded. Returns can be processed by non-cash or cash, depending on the product sale terms.
  • Internal transfer — the function allows you to quickly transfer products between stores in the trade network. The employee creates a document at the moment of sending the goods.
  • Inventoryproduct inventory online and offline. Scanning and counting products directly at the storage place, with the data about the actual quantity of products on the stock instantly being sent to the program.
  • Write-off — the mode allows you to quickly write off the product if defects, spoilage, or if the product is used for business purposes are found. It eliminates product shortages — write-offs can be done anywhere without moving the product to the computer.
  • Stock status — a mode for viewing all products, quickly changing prices, determining product availability, and the latest purchase price. Quick evaluation of product assortment.
  • Income documents register — contains information about income documents, summary data by quantity and prices, as well as by the composition of each document. The mode is convenient for verifying and controlling the document, allowing the merchandiser or another responsible employee to mark the verification as completed.
  • Clients — a reference mode for customer accounting, discount cards, and discount percentage control.

Access to all functions of the mobile app is configured for each user: for example, the business owner has full access, and employees only to sales, returns, size availability, and work arrival registration. The employee will only have access to the functions allowed for them in the Torgsoft accounting software settings.
 
The Torgsoft Mobile App — is an addition to the main workplace for mobile trading for employees, and access to important business status data for the owner.

  • A smartphone for installing the mobile app.

The mobile app works only in conjunction with the Torgsoft accounting software, which is installed on the server where the primary accounting is conducted.
